I definitely recommend taking advantage of their new member classes with the 2 week or 1 week deals, I definitely felt a big difference after being consistent and it was great as someone who regularly works out and works at the hospital to get a relaxing and restorative workout class in! One thing I will say is that I wish they would cap the classes sometimes because a lot of the popular classes fill up so much that you're almost inches from the mat next you to and it's hard to practice yoga in those situations and is not very peaceful.

My crew were given instructions before starting for safety and I appreciated how seriously the staff took it. There was only 1 other customer there when we were so the 2 staff members gave my fam what felt like personal instruction for their skill level, during open gym. Went to a birthday party today. The manager and staff were very rude to the children. So my kid has…read morespecial needs, the minute my son got there the manager was being very rude to my child. He was running around like all the kids were doing, and he said that he my child was not being safe. The manager and staff were not nice at all. I understand turn taking, but all the kids were doing the same thing, my son was doing. What made me more upset, is that he yelled at my kid in front of his peers, and forcefully holding his hand and said to him that you are going on time out. I confronted him, and said I really dont appreciate yelling at my kid, and punishing him. He pretty much insulted my parenting skills, saying that I didn't help him, and he has a degree for thirteen years and he knows he has special needs. My question is why should I be punishing him, that since it's a ninja lab for a birthday party. He is not a student, he is a child who wanted to enjoy a birthday party with his friends who are doing the same thing as he is. So of course I was upset. My son doesn't eat a lot of foods. What they had there was nothing he wanted to eat. He wanted to play more. The manager yelled at him again. That's when I had enough, I said "Sorry honey you can't run because you're not allowed even though it's a Ninja Lab. The manager confronted me again. Made me feel like I was a bad parent and pretty much had a bad experience for a birthday party for my kid. I hope this review helps someone because a kid should have fun birthday party not be upset because a person who doesn't respect special needs kids and targets them.
