And so is her mama (Ashley)…read more I went to them on a recommendation after a terrible experience at a different salon (not in Campbellsville), and I haven't gone anywhere else since. These ladies are my people! First, Nessa helped to correct the hack job done by another salon and walked me through a plan to help my nails not only look better, but to heal. Ultimately no longer needing acrylics to be strong, which shows they care more about the person than the paycheck. Nessa always does a beautiful job - and is so patient when I'm indecisive about a color or style lol - and Ashley is fantastic as well. And even during their busiest seasons, if you give them enough notice, they will find some way to make sure you are taken care of. I've never considered myself a "girly-girl" but I look forward to my trips to see these amazing humans - I feel pampered and confident and filled with Joy and laughter every time I visit. Only bad thing was; as most of these Asian places do, when doing the massage part they often don't know their own strength. This fellow squeezed my hand & foot so hard a few times it really hurt because he was squeezing my bones together. I didn't say anything about that. But it's a shame for him that he's working all by hisself. People were calling to schedule appt. & people came in. I saw him glance at the clock. I saw what must've been his lunch-a small McDonald's cheeseburger by the cash register untouched. Poor guy is very skinny. Was probably goin to take a break just before I showed up. I was pleasantly surprised with how many people were in the nail salon. I thought for sure I would…read morebe there for hours; but to get a gel mani and pedi French tip nails, the price was unbeatable!!! While they were very busy, they were able to seat me in a pedicure chair within 10 mins of waiting. I did sit in the pedicure chair for about 20 mins or so; but I got to enjoy the massage chair on my back, which felt amazing. Cookie finally came and saw me for my pedicure. She profusely apologized for having me sit there so long, to which I responded it was no problem and I understand being busy. She was able to finish my French Tip gel pedi quicker than I've ever seen done, and still do an absolutely fabulous job! Due to being pregnant with twins, I had a hard time bending over to put my socks and shoes on; and without a second thought, she immediately helped me. Her joyous spirit and positive attitude will definitely have me returning. I sat in the chair for a manicure about 10 minutes before De came and helped me. Told her I wanted a French tip gel manicure and she completely my nails so quickly. While I understood they were busy, she didn't really fix my cuticles much but instead just concentrated on the painting of my nails. Other than that, for the price ($70 total for mani and pedi gel French tip), swiftness and that my nails don't look too bad, I call this a successful trip and I will be willing to come back next time I'm in town!!

I requested my finger nails to be painted with regular polish and she talked me into a gel manicure. She didn't give me a manicure though and only painted my nails they look very sloppy. The pedicure was okay but it was rushed and my toenails were messed up as well. The lady told me I was done before I could even get my shoes on she had her hand out for payment. I went to walk towards the front to pay and she blocked the walk way with her hand out again. I handed her my card. I don't like how she was treating me as if she thought I was not going to pay. It was uncomfortable and made me anxious. I paid 115 dollars for a regular pedicure and my nails just painted. That is way too expensive for what I received and the way I was treated.
