So this review goes for all of them in the Hertz building a few hundred meters from the entrance of the airport. I don't have enough time to type out a proper review. But here goes. Renters BEWARE. I say that as strongly as possible. They do not accept any other insurance unless you buy theirs. PERIOD. No your CC insurance won't cover. They will not release a car unless you buy insurance. They rip you off. Then on to the worst part the car. They gave me the most disgusting,horrid,smelly,wrecked car I've seen from any rental place ever. It smelled like straight weed. Brakes were shot, interior was destroyed. Had we not been so tired from the overnight layovers I would of looked for a different rental place but so early in the morning makes it tough. That's what they prey on ,you're tired and want to be on your way They lie and use deceptive practices. According to thrifty central office YOU ARE allowed to use your own CC insurance. You must tell them you assume the vehicle cost 100% and sign the waiver. But they will be very very very hard to let it go that way. I told them I have dual car insurance through my Amex. They said if you go on amex website they don't cover rentals because of the narco terrorism.....lo and behold I called Amex and confirmed I was 100% covered.Oh well. Just be aware and do yourself and your family a favor. Grab a taxi and go right outside to the other car rental places not inside the airport. The taxes and fees from the airport are also ridiculous. Here are pictures from the vehicle. Take pictures LOTS AND LOTS AND LOTS of pictures. Make sure they give you a gas tank full and document the exact KM in and out. Make sure the guy "checking you in" that's taking pictures takes the right pictures because they make you sign their damage pictures and if they don't take a picture of the damage you have seen ,you sign for the damage and you're liable. The car was missing the fog lights and they tried to blame me that they were there before. These pictures are when they handed the car over 2 hours late. And don't you dare be more than 1 minute late or they'll charge in 15 minute intervals a max rate. This thing was putrid and disgusting. When I complained they aimed at renting me a suburban for 10x the amount of the normal rate. Scammers 100% be warned you cannot reason with them you either rent from them or go elsewhere and if you try and go elsewhere they will not honor the original rate if you leave then try and come back.BE WARNED BE WARNED
