Instructors have been for the most part very professional and the rest of the staff have always been very courteous and helpful. Competitive prices. Kids do like their lessons and I do notice their progress. Both places have valet parking, with no additional charge (of course would always tip). Would definitely recommend this place.

The cycle classes are very much the same as SoulCycle. The classes are in Spanish but if you don't speak it just let the front desk know and the instructor will also give instructions in English. I had Claudia and Torres and my instructors and they were both amazing! Super energetic and classes were difficult but that makes them challenging and super worth it. I know some people feel a certain way about working out on vacation but in a place like Mexico City where you eat 10 times a day, I HIGHLY recommend Síclo to even things out!
