On the date of installation, the "Carpet Guy" team arrived promptly, were knowledgeable, professional and worked with efficiency! We cannot recommend Cactus enough. They are very responsive, clear, helpful, courteous communicators; they accurately estimated the time and "manpower" that would be needed; their rates are competitive; they were on time; nothing was damaged; they were willing to "problem solve" on site to successfully move a heavy, tricky item; and they were willing to do an additional move of a separate large item at a moment's notice. Sweet touches like offer of coffee for an early morning move and a gift of a little cactus plant underscore the care this local business takes in providing attentive, thoughtful service. 5+ stars!
