My wife and I had two pallets of tile delivered to our home from your company. He put the pallets in as far as he could with his forklift so I could close the garage door. As great as that was it now prevented us from getting our car in the garage. As im in a wheelchair it's really important for me to park in the garage. I called and explained the situation and said they need to send someone with a pallet jack to move the pallets as we are looking at a couple months before the tile is installed. He called the same company back who did not have a pallet jack. The driver with his forklift moved it over slightly but not enough to make our garage usable. I called again and said there needs to be a solution. He said repeatedly this was a unique situation, one they had never experienced before. I offered three suggestions and sent him photos. He called back and said that they had already sent the driver back at their cost of $80 and that there was nothing more they were willing to do. He sent me the name of a company he knew of that charged $100 an hour and they could move it but they aren't paying for it. I own three companies and in each company we go above and beyond for our customers, often costing us our profit. Why do I do that? It comes back 10 fold. We have loyal customers who don't just keep buying from us but are evangelists of our company. You can't buy marketing like that. The sales rep claims management approved this position and they were done with us. So yes you saved $100 or maybe a bit more. We are rebuilding our entire home and the next remodel is the kitchen then the basement which includes a 14×14 wine cellar. So that $100 just cost you $20,000 or more. We will provide that money to your competitors. Whoever owns this business needs to train their staff better in dealing with "unique" situations.

I recently had quartz countertops installed by Granite Worxs, and while the installation itself…read morewent okay, there were several issues that have left me very disappointed. First, they chipped one of the backsplash pieces during cutting and left it as is without informing me. To make matters worse, I was charged for more stone than was actually used because of an electrical outlet. I've reached out to the salesperson multiple times over the past week via both email and phone, but I've heard absolutely nothing back. The lack of response is incredibly frustrating, and I still have not received a callback from a manager, despite being told one would reach out. At this point, I don't expect to hear back based on the complete lack of customer service. Additionally, I was told by one person that I was charged for a 4-inch backsplash, but when I called today, I was given a strange response: "Sometimes it looks like that, but it really isn't." I don't understand how it just looks like that when their employees did confirm that I was charged for it. What's even more disappointing is that my in-laws also had their countertops installed by Granite Worxs, and they experienced the same lack of customer service and poor quality. Specifically, they didn't polish the areas around the sink cutouts as they were supposed to, leaving a rough and unfinished appearance. I was originally planning on using them for a kitchen upstairs and a bathroom remodel, which would have been another $10,000 worth of business, but after these experiences, I will no longer be spending my money with a company that can't return a phone call or provide quality service. Overall, I am extremely dissatisfied with the product and, more importantly, the customer service. I would advise caution if you're considering Granite Worxs for your countertop needs. Edit: the salesman returned my email after a week stating that he gave me a discount on the original invoice so really they owe me nothing. There was no mention of a discount originally so I find it funny that now they're bringing it up and taking the discount away from me so they don't have to refund the money that is owed to me. Again, I would avoid granite worx if you are looking for a company that values its customers.
