Dustin promptly provided a quote and the cleaning was scheduled for today (July 6). The guys showed up on time in an unmarked truck. They were here for 1.5 hrs. When I got home I was immensely disappointed. I should have read my quote more carefully. Soffits and fascia were not included in the clean. My siding wasn't dirty so when I got home it looked like nothing had been done. The windows had been washed but left streaky. I sent a frustrated email to Dustin. His reply stated to send pictures and that it was clearly stated soffits/fasciae weren't included. Dustin called me today, was very courteous and offered to come and clean the soffits for free. I let him know that I didn't expect anything for free but appreciated the offer. All sorted and I appreciate the follow-up!

I was given an appointment for Saturday, May 19, 2018 at 8:30 am. Pretty fast service I thought. I received a confirmation email with the date and time for the estimator to arrive. Pretty impressive I thought! When the time came for the appointment however, no one arrived to give me the estimate at all. NO SHOW! I called a half hour after the 8:30 am appointment and got some fake Australian accented voicemail advising that they were receiving more calls than normal and to leave a message and someone would get back to me. I again called after an hour later and again left a message. Still no response. I also sent an email. No response. The lack of professionalism displayed by this company is astonishing. I suspect their work would not be of much value. Go elsewhere! There are much better and reliable companies in Edmonton who deserve your business. This company does not!

They had forgotten to pop in a couple of screens - but they came in and finished up. The one suggestion: wear clean booties inside - had dirty foot prints left behind.
