They have beautiful birds, and there were exotic flowers planted outside. Marty gave me the amount we agreed to over the phone, and I felt that it was a fair price. (I used to sell jewelry.) I honestly was a bit skeptical because usually pawn shops are pretty picky when it comes to buying items... But so far, this is the ONLY pawn shop in the area that doesn't rip you off. They give you your money's worth, and usually give you what you're asking. If not, they make an amazing deal with you. The staff are wonderful, knowledgeable and understanding. WHAT THE F***! Now it was worth $300 and I thought I was going to come unglued! After pawning a different Ruger single six for the 300 I needed to start with, wasn't going to let them steal my Peacemaker! I asked exactly what it would take to get it back. I was told $315.00 TOLD HIM I WOULD BE BACK THE NEXT DAY TO GET MY RUGER BACK. After another 20 in gas I took the 315.00 and suddenly it was just the principle not counting the $76.00 pawn fee!
