Turns out the owner is a yoga instructor who holds classes upstairs from the restaurant! This explains the predisposition of the menu to vegetables and healthy meats. Today, my mouth was treated to a dish prepared like Potatoes Au Gratin but with wasabi in the sauce. Talk about having sublime moments of heaven in my mouth!
