Below are the specific details of my experience: * Initially, the law firm welcomed me warmly and seemed committed to my case. * However, communication quickly deteriorated. My calls and texts went unanswered, leaving me unaware of the case's progress. * On one occasion, I visited the law firm's office to seek information and the paralegal sternly informed me that the office does not appreciate clients showing up without an appointment and that it is frowned upon to seek information in this manner and they had 200 other cases. i was warned not to upset the owners with my concerns. Her behavior was unprofessional, I felt bullied. there was lack of transparency.. clueless throughout process. I only learned a few days before being paid that my case had been filed in court. * Throughout the process, the law firm encouraged me to undergo more medical treatment despite my funds being nearly exhausted. * They also encouraged me to file another lawsuit against my personal insurance, which I felt was not in my best interest.
