They usually have better produce than the ones in Brandon. The produce isn't as picked over as most Aldi stores in the area. It's less crowded than the newest store in Riverview. The line wasn't as long at this location despite only having one check out lane open. Maybe I just hit it at the right time. They have a good variety of cheese and salads. I even found pineberries here at a good price during strawberry season. I was also happy to see cases of La Croix on sale. It's the little things in life that make me happy. I'll definitely return to this Aldi in Seffner.

The staff is friendly and helpful, the stores are clean and the service is better than the competition. While this store is not completely an exception, it is definitely lacking in a few key areas. First, employees used to greet customers anytime they encounter a customer in the store. That doesn't typically happen. Online orders (sandwiches) would be correct and ready at the requested time. Hasn't been happening. 4 of the last 6 orders I have made, were not ready on time and 2 times the sandwich was not prepared correctly. Then watching the staff make sandwiches is pretty disheartening. They kinda just through the ingredients together. There doesn't seem to be any kind of pride or standard within this department and that also carries over to the attitudes of the people working in that department. More often than not I hear the folks in this department complaining about each other or others. This has been going on for months and nothing is changing. Hopefully, this store will reintroduce the Publix standard and hold start holding there employees accountable. The customers will definitely appreciate it!
