We got here just in time as it's the end of the season and the boxes you see in the pictures were all that were left. Here for only $38 you can buy a whole box of Fuyu persimmons. They have other varieties too, and we recommend the Fuyu because it is non-astringent. And, if they have them, pick-up a bag of their fresh pecans for $10 a bag. They were very flavorful, with hints of maple syrup. We had to force ourselves to stop eating them or we would have been without a pecan pie this Thanksgiving. If you're in the area make the stop for some fresh off the farm fruits and vegetables.

They had some elote, lots of fresh fruit items (cocktails, a few things I didn't recognize and can't recall how to spell and some fruit and yogurt type things), chips, and a crazy collection of various items. The board said the menu was a "Soft Opening" menu. So what they end up having as their regular items should be expanded I'm sure. Took about 7-8 minutes to get a "fresca-n-crema" and a fruit cocktail (I selected strawberries and oranges). Nicely presented items, all cut fresh in front of you. They also had some Mexican Coca-Cola and other Mexican drinks. The Coca-Cola was $2.75, so I passed. I like Mexican Coca-Cola but that seemed a little high. If they keep it clean and keep serving fresh items at fair prices, I think they will do fine. Midlothian can use such a place and I think the location is good for them.
