The lady working didn't even introduce herself at all. We just started the exam immediately in a big open room. She didn't ask me any questions about what I needed or what I was even there for? She just said there was no doctor on sight and everything was done by Telehealth? Which I wasn't made aware of before hand at all. I stated that I've had extremely sensitive eyes to light my entire life and she gave me an "oh boy here we go this guy is difficult " look and acted like she had 0 interest in my eye exam if you can even call it that. She tried to take a couple photos of my eyes which I guess didn't turn out well or something? and told me that she recommended I go see a regular in person doctor instead of them. Which is absolutely wild to me. The whole event was a complete circus and waste of time. These people seem like they're more interested in selling you on the color and fashion of their glasses than completing a basic eye exam. They don't even have a Dr. who works there. Don't go here for an exam it's a complete joke. Their basically vision works with higher prices and fancy machines they don't know how to use. It's pretty odd.

They should never schedule the appointments that close together with one provider one what seems to be very unhappy employee upfront probably because she's overworked and did on the job training. She's been with him for a few years. I'm gathering from her telling everyone her history and that he doesn't pay enough. She comes across very rude and not very welcoming or friendly, a place I don't think we will use again. The doctor makes up for a some of it for he is very pleasant. But he got my contacts wrong, I explained I can't see at all out of my left one and he and his 1 employee kept demanding I wear them for 7 days, really I can't see one bit out of the left eye, kinda doesn't make a lot of sense to me. But he really needs to invest in cleanliness and patient privacy, get rid of all that hoarding, so cluttered.
