The house had so many problems (rats, plumbing issues, electrical problems, structural issues) and the first 2 assistants stayed on top of everything. 3rd assistant is where things went awry. She was rude and unprofessional and rather than take responsibility for her employee, Jackie refused to talk to me and tried to force me to deal with the assistant only. I was really disappointed in her lack of professionalism. If you are a property owner I'd think twice about hiring Jackie to manage your rental. I also don't recommend renting properties that this company manages.
