My family contracted Lcdo. Guzman to transfer my deceased mother's house into our name. My mother's house is in PR and we are in Florida. It has been almost 2 years and we are still waiting for the case to be finalized. We don't get regular updates and when we do call to get a status most time the phone rings and rings and no one answers. My sister and I have to email Sheila, his assistant, for updates and we're lucky if we get a quick response. You never know when they are working or taking the day off. It's getting to the point that unless we book tickets and stand in their office our case goes on the back burner. It has been very frustrating working with them. I would not recommend hiring them for any legal work you need done unless you have all the time in the world to wait. read more
