She did a great job listening to exactly what I told her was bothering me (my upper back) and really helped alleviate that pain. I saw Nicole again this second time and asked her to focus only on my upper back since I have a lot of pain and tension there from my work as a server. She did a great job focusing on that and surrounding areas to really help release tension. The front desk staff is always quick to check me in and get me settled so I can start relaxing. The Hydrobed is unlike anything I've ever used and is really awesome and relaxing for pre/post massage. I did sign up for the monthly fee, and the contract is pretty straight forward. There's a two month obligation, but after that you can cancel anytime (in person). I will definitely be returning and will be coming back to have Nicole continue to work on my back!
