Didn't let my grandfather know of the horrible condition the condo was in, hid water damage, loose tiles, and a black toilet. The place is in complete disrepair, can't even list it with peace in mind. He avoided several calls to view the state of the convo and never returned a call to view the condo. Also never received the key. Then, when asked to reimburse the cost of opening the condo along with the key, Steven didn't offer to reimburse the cost of the key and opening the door when he was emailed. Once again, I would like to heavily recommend avoiding using such a dishonest individual's services.
