My two sons lost their Dad back in 2023. At that time we were directed to go to this law firm for probate court. This law firm left my kids in the dark!! They did NOTHING to help them or guide them in the process!! I would be very cautious hiring them for anything! Alex is old and needs to retire!!! Best lawyer there is hard working and fights vigorously for his clients. He has a passion for his job. He handled my divorce whereas she got no alimony nor assets. When faced with bogus accusations of abuse from her, I hired Alex as well. He cross examined her and she was caught in lie after lie and I was cleared of wrongdoing. Alex is very intelligent and well qualified and I'd hire Alex in a second and never look back. A genuinely good man that looks after his clients. He's the best of the best, a heavy hitter and a fighter. Alex knows what can and cannot be done in court and he has a track record of winning. He is pricey but you get what you pay for. Awful experience. Attorney Nossiff has a terrible temper, yelled at us (his clients) on numerous occasions. He was unprepared. For example after months of "bankruptcy preparation" he didn't know how long we had lived in the state which caused further delays -- despite the fact that it was the first question I asked about when I called the office. Had I known we would have made much different financial decisions prior to filing. In the end, he didn't even represent us at the trustee's meeting -- a colleague from a different firm sat in for him. He hadn't even chosen what exemptions would be best for our situation prior to the trustee meeting and a week or so after the meeting the trustee herself made the decision. I would never use this attorney again. read more

Zero stars if I could. This was my ex-husband's attorney and he called him off after our First appearance. The guy proceeded to file an appearance and made us lose our mediation date that we agreed upon. We decided we agreed on everything and were able to finalize at our first and only mediation date. 2 days after mediation we got a letter from attorney Nossiff regarding an appearance he filed with the court after he was removed as counsel. I called to advised him that we had finalized everything and that my ex should have advised him already. He claimed it was the first time he heard of it even though he had numerous emails, texts, and phone calls to him telling him he was not needed anymore. He proceeded to scream at me saying telling me "not to be offended" and "he was done with this sh**", "he was too friggin busy for people who aren't represented". I was blown away with the tone he was using and how rude he was speaking to me over a simple notice I was updating him on that HE sent to us. After I asked him why he was being so mean and screaming at me he proceeded to belittle me and yell about how "he didn't give a sh** and was done with it", telling me to "go deal with it myself!" I'm sorry but under NO circumstances is it OK to speak to ANYONE the way he did to me. Highly unprofessional and disrespectful to say the least. He claims he did also had a client in front of him and he had to end this ridiculous conversation. I hope they walked out. I have NEVER felt more disrespected in my life. For someone in this profession he should understand it's not WHAT you say but HOW you say it. Tone of voice is important and this guy had no morals. Had consultation. Atty Nossiff said he'd follow up with me and never did. I tried contacting him 3 times and he never responded to me over a month. If he was too busy he could have told his administrative assistant to tell me something but didn't hear back from her either. I found this to be unprofessional. read more
