We just happened to park in the lot near this beach club and was pleasantly surprised to see it sitting on the dune. One of our friend's visiting from the US is named Alexander, so it was even more awesome. After a long day at the Keukenhof gardens, we decided to drive to the beach to show them what a Dutch beach looks like, so this was totally spontaneous. They sat us immediately, moved the big umbrella so we weren't baking in the sun (even though most Dutch love that). This is a beautiful beach club. The inside is wonderful and the bathroom, although small, is very modern and clean. We only had a few borrel items. It's not your typical bar food though. The bitterballen was only 2 per order, so not cheap. They were good though. You will need to reach out to get them to your table, don't be shy, give them a little wave or quiet "pardon" when they walk by. They forgot to bring me a glass of wine I ordered, but I didn't really need it anyway, so when we noticed they billed it for us after we paid by card, they immediately went inside and returned with cash to refund us. Such good friendly service. Noordwijk is beautiful and classy, so this beachclub didn't disappoint. It was a great first impression to my friends. read more

Was lucky enough to come here on a perfectly sunny, warm day. Sat on the patio right on the beach. Ordered the flatbread (can't remember which one) the service was decent, but not super attentive. read more

The restaurant itself is very charming, however we stood there a party of 5 waiting to be seated while there was about 7 waitresses standing in a huddle flirting with a group of guys. I called out and see if anyone could help us and no one even bothered. I finally had to go and interrupt a waitress' flirting to get assistance because we wanted a table that wasn't directly in the sun. After I asked she said that's not possible and then we followed her around and magically there were a whole bunch of tables inside empty. It took about 10 minutes once we sat down to get a waiter to get us drinks. read more
