Our hot water tank had sprung a leak and was taking out the electrics. We found Alex on the Internet and because we were a bit of an emergency (no shower etc.) he was straight onto it, seeking to source a replacement water heater of the size and three phase that would fit in the tight space. Alex dealt with all the tricky problems an old house can present (including an existing wiring fault) and we soon had a new tank delivering hot water.
