Was told they wouldn't notarize my document for a drivers license request because it didn't have a…read moresquare spot for it at the bottom . It specifically had an area at the bottom for the notary . What a joke , then handed me a notary card of someone that will come to you that you have to pay for that's 3rd party . Ridiculous . I bank with regions and drove 45 minutes to get there and back from Medina . Ended up having to go to the Milan branch to get the same document notarized . Wasted about two hours of my time instead of doing there job. This is the second time at the same branch where they don't want to do shit . I should have got her name ( but it's the blonde lady in the cubicle ) or talked to a manager there .

Three of those times the amounts I requested were less than I have in my investment accounts. I closed my accounts this morning. They did not even ask why. I guess they don't want to know when they mess up.
