Selling my beloved century home from a distance (and another country!) was a special challenge; I was in California for almost the entire process. Several times she went beyond the call of duty for me. She made everything work, and with a smile and with much professionalism. And no typos! From start to finish, nothing was left undone, and her communication skills were impeccable. I would not hesitate to recommend Debra for your Real Estate needs. 5 stars well earned!

We were living in Toronto at the time, so he created an amazing day of house viewings for us, so we could get it done quickly, knowing it would be hard to go back and forth. My wife and I wanted to sincerely thank Carol Love (Re/Max Quinte, Picton, Ontario, Canada) for the…read morestellar job she did in helping our family find our dream vacation property in Prince Edward County (which closed today...yay!) Carol is a true professional and one of if not THE best Real Estate Sales Representative in the County, and here's how we know. Carol's diligence is unmatched. She always made time for us and ensured our thoughts and desires were realized - even when WE didn't really know what they were. She always listened intently to what we were saying and she carefully articulated back what she heard to make sure she was truly understanding our needs. When we encountered issues during negotiations (as well as afterwards), Carol was a superstar: she didn't just deal with the problems for us, she solved them with grace and composure and a few firm but guiding words of advice for the other parties. She never criticized them, she just rose above the fray and provided them with options. Carol's patience and humour (along with a good pair of boots) were always appreciated while she joined us on one adventure after another looking at properties. There was never a dull moment touring the County, and Carol made it an awesome experience. After more than a few big surprises while visiting properties, Carol maintained complete composure and even continued to highlight very subtle things that we did not notice but that she intuitively knew were critical factors for us. Carol is also very personable and outgoing. She has a genuine smile and approach that welcomes you, and she always made sure we felt like we were her only customer. Carol even went WAY above and beyond the call of duty when she cared for our Golden Retriever (Heidi) while we were in the lawyer's office signing the final legal documents. In all, we HIGHLY recommend Carol Love as a Sales Representative and Agent. Not only are we are extremely happy to say she is an incredible agent, but we are proud to say she is now also a treasured friend in our new community. Thank you Carol! Sincerely, Mary and Jerry Doucett

The first year I got no mortgage documents at the end of the year when it came time to renew , the second year I had to request the mortgage documents detailing how much was left to be paid on the mortgage . The third year I got a limited statement which was good and in the fourth year I received a little more detail . Now I want to pay out the mortgage and after much grief which is partially my fault Miss Schmidt is not responding . My advice to anyone is not to use this particular mortgage broker from Centum . Very poor communication .

No one speaks to each other in the office so no one knows their ass from a hole in the ground. Thank goodness we figured all this out before signing a lease with the scam artists. Theresa knew we have 3 kids and a move out date on the day of the showing and still scammed us and was completely unprofessional all together! Good luck to whomever rents through them.
