Now I want to pay out the mortgage and after much grief which is partially my fault Miss Schmidt is not responding . My advice to anyone is not to use this particular mortgage broker from Centum . Within an hour there was a plumber at our door and the issue was fixed. Also, we moved in during April, while there was still a lot of snow on the ground. Our bck deck had a lot of garbage under it from the previous tenant. When we brought it up to them, it was cleaned before we had even woken up the next morning!
