I like being the first ;)…read more So since we are in the midst of the COVID-19 Pandemic and only essential businesses are open, Urban Barn is temporarily closed, but this review is for back when we were living normal lives and Urban Barn was open. This Urban Barn is relatively new. It's in the Ottawa Trainyards, but the newer section where Nordstrom Rack, Figaro Coffee and Healthy Planet are. This Urban Barn seems much more fancy and upscale than the one I'd usually go to in Stittsville. I really like the displays. I find the prices a bit on the higher side for furniture, but more affordable for things like decorative bowls, pillows, picture frames, etc. Staff are nice and it's a fun place to browse, even if just to go for decorating ideas ;) Lots of free parking in the plaza parking lot.

Walked around still no Hello. There were 5 female sales associates standing at the Cash. Walked by the cash. Still no Hello. We were the only customers in the store. I checked out some items for a longer period of time. Still no Hello. I'm hoping the owner is reading this and will hopefully train their staff. Too bad. Had my eye on a sectional but not anymore :( (They deserve zero stars)

I had a good experience at the store picking out the product, but very frustrated with the…read moreinstallation and service after. Grout was allowed to be put down drain when installing walk in shower, had to get a plumber in to remove celling in family room to replace pipes that where full of grout which hardened and clogged drain. Ceramic seat in same shower warped and created water damage again had to get contractor in to fix the problem, Argos would not do anything ended costing me $460.00 to repair there poor workmanship. Had ceramic tiles in kitchen and main bath shifting and grout coming out, again hired a contractor to fix problem and again poor installation and again no help from Argos. Owner of Argos offered no compensation. I would never recommend this company to anyone, terrible customer relations.
