I needed 20 min for my clothes to get completely dry. I happened to meet the owner while I was there she helped me w/ everything but overall it's very easy. The machines wash your clothes greatly I haven't had any problems. Bring your detergent and coins for the machines. Some anti stains if you need it as there isn't. Will return on my next trip. A much cheaper alternative than to pay the high price at a French cleaner that charges almost 12 euros for to wash n hand iron your cotton shirts.
