I was home visiting and badly needed a cut before vacation. I figured it had been 10 years surely things must've changed. I went in, showed how I wore my hair (plenty to brush back) and asked for just a trim with scissors and he agreed to keep it nice and full. After seeing all my hair falling down the drape I even thought "wow do I really have that much hair?" He spins me around and - the butchers strike again. He must've taken more than 2.5 inches off and gave me a high and tight buzz like I'm a sergeant in the military. My head looks like an egg. No more brushing my hair back since it's so short it can only stick straight up. Please learn from my mistakes and stop trusting these guys. (Unless you do buzz cuts then they're fine)

Despite being confused and apologetic (he thought he was on time) Amaya was very rude and dismissive. She was visibly annoyed and insistent that only an abbreviated cut could be done due to timing. This was an otherwise empty shop at the time. I can understand time constraints, and even being turned away due to being late, but what I can't understand is the lack of kindness and lack of customer service in general.
