I figured that I would change barbers at the same time and get some fresh input on what might work. ASH was nearby and their atmosphere as presented on their site caught my eye. I scheduled an appointment with Colin and on my first visit he thought that my current hairstyle was appropriate, and suggested I see what he could do with it. Needless to say, I was impressed. This was easily one of the best haircuts I've ever gotten, the beard grooming I had for the appointment was excellent as well. I've had 2 visits now with Colin, and the second cut was just as good as the first. In addition to the excellent work that Colin has done, I absolutely love the atmosphere of the shop. My late grandfather was a barber and the vintage chairs and other equipment brought back memories of those he held on to and passed down to my mother from the shop he opened in the late 1940s. I'd definitely suggest anyone considering it give American Shave House a try.
