Additionally, I had shrubs removed which ran the entire length of the front of my house and needed them to be put in a wood chipper. Mike came out and gave me a quote for the entire job. In fact, he took care of the shrubbery that night. Because they are so busy, I was given a start date of November 20 for the tree trimming. Yesterday, I got a call asking if it was OK to start the job that day. Of course, I said yes. Jeremy, the job foreman, and his crew arrived at around 9 AM and didn't leave until after 6 PM, They came back today and finished the job. Not only did they do a fabulous job on my trees, Jeremy blew all of the leaves out of my backyard. That was definitely an added bonus. I cannot recommend J&M Tree Service enough. They left my yard looking much better than it was when they arrived.

We were charged for walkway cleanings that didn't occur and upon calling, we received no apology and a very reluctant refund. This was not the first time calling GC regarding the issue. It also could take an additional 24+ hours for the walkway to be cleared, since it's a different team than the driveway clearers. We do not recommend them (at least for snow removal services).
