I have been with this company for three years. Last year, she emphasized the cost of wood was going up, so I needed to increase coverage. The homeowners rate went up, but she emphasized I needed to accept the increase so that I would be fully covered. Well, Ida happened on August 29, 2021. Thankfully, I was fully insured. However, it is was what happened after Ida that will make me a Terrebonne Insurance Agency customer for life. I called Danielle, when the phones began working, and explained that a major expense--house lifting and leveling--was not being accepted or paid for. I also explained several other concerns I had about supplements from my insurance company. Danielle began calling my insurance company and talking to the agent. Later, Tammy took over the claims portion of the company, and she also began emailing and calling the insurance company agent as well--while always including me on the emails and calling me to keep me updated. I got the supplement I was seeking! I can now finish repairing my home! I cannot explain how thankful I am for Danielle and Tammy's help with this claim. I have never had to file a claim of this size before--my house had to be gutted, lifted and leveled, and then fully repaired. While other people were calling lawyers, I called my insurance agents, and they worked for me, and were obviously very effective. Clearly, the agents at Terrebonne Insurance Agency truly care about their customers. It is not just something they say; it is a statement that they truly mean! Thank you Danielle and Tammy! Well thanks for all this trouble in the middle of fighting CANCER and PTSD Not only is this business a joke there not even good people. Frank needs classes in management. I have never purchased the bare minimum coverage. I have called Bryan's office 3 different days, in the last 8 days, and talked with 3 different "employees". Bryan has NEVER been available to take my call. I have left messaged all 3 days for BRYAN TO CALL ME BACK. This is the problem, after being a 30 year client.... Bryan has not taken the time to call me back once. Today... I made my 4th call to his office. His office staff are NOT helpful at all.... Janet was NICE... but even when I asked her to get Bryan to call me back (yesterday) HE NEVER CALLED ME BACK. Last night, I began shopping for NEW AUTO INSURANCE. It is clear that Bryan does not deserve my business and I REGRET PAYING HIM FOR 30 YEARS. This is the first time ... in 30 years that I have tried to talk to Bryan. UNACCEPTABLE. Allstate is NOT the cheapest auto insurance that you can buy. Allstate is NOT the highest rated insurance that you can buy. If you are looking for auto insurance... I added another vehicle to my policy and was seriously under quoted . I called to get It all straightened out and they did not try to fix anything at all. I told them okay I will go to a different insurance agency and they simply said okay!!! Never once tried to resolve the issue. Save your time and money and go through another insurance agency because these people have no clue what they are doing.
