The staff here are truly wonderful! I've been dreading getting my first mammogram since I've heard some horror stories from my coworkers about how painful and invasive they are. Although, from scheduling my imaging to the actual appointment itself, the staff at Alinea have put me at ease and made the process quick and simple. I first spoke to Angelica to schedule my appointment and she answered all my questions and was really just so personable on the phone. I received several reminder texts until the day of my appointment with detailed instructions on how to get to the facility which was nice. On the day of my appointment the checkin was easy and quick. The facility was also very nice and clean. Patricia who did my mammogram was also extremely friendly and put me at ease, she walked me through everything that was happening and made sure I was doing alright. She was also open to answering any questions I had. The whole thing only took about 15 minutes and I did feel some discomfort but overall nothing painful and I would highly recommend getting imaging done here at Alinea! read more

I was referred by my doctor to get a mammogram. The appointment process was smooth, no problems. They send several reminders about my appointment date/time. I arrived, filled out the paperwork (one page) and the wait was less than 5 minutes. The tech was friendly, and she knew what she was doing. The mammogram was seamless, took less than 10 minutes. Man I'm so glad I didn't read these reviews before coming bc I'm shocked at all of the bad reviews. I have to say I just had to most amazing experience here. I went in for my 20 week anatomy ultrasound scan. I checked in and waited about 10 minutes. They apologized profusely for the wait (it honestly wasn't a big deal at all I expect to wait a little at any appointment but they apologized bc for this scan you have to drink 32oz of water 1 hour before the appointment so my bladder was definitely very full and they were having an issue connecting with my insurance... not their fault at all) Anyways they took me to the back about 15 minutes after my scheduled appointment. The quickly scanned my cervix so I can go to the restroom and come back to finish the scan. Yes there were 3 employees in the room with me but I don't mind being around other women. They were all super friendly and helpful. The explained what they were doing and after they took their measurements they showed me the screen and I was able to see tons of images of my baby and different angles. At the end of the appointment they text you a link to view tons of images and videos of my baby! Which is amazing cuz now I can share with loved ones. I had a wonderful experience. The nurses as well as front desk were so nice. They apologized again when I was leaving but it was honesty not necessary I totally get it. Insurance is difficult to deal with at times. Totally not their fault. I would 100% come back for other ultrasound scans. Highly recommend. read more

This place was my last resort to get my ultrasound done, I was very pleased! the lady in the front was nice and polite, I asked if my small child can come inside and she said yes, wasn't too long of a wait and once they called me in I was met by a student, there was two students in my room I didn't mind it, the technician was very nice and knew very much what she was doing, went over everything with me and made sure my child was comfortable and it was a good experience overall. My dr. had a refferal for me because my rotator cuff may be torn and I'm in a lot of pain. First of all, the website states they do X Ray's from 8:30-4:45 Monday through Friday. However, the rude receptionist let me know that they don't do X Rays after 11am and I need an appointment. Ummm the website needs updating then because it states walk ins welcome. Also, she sooooo kindly let me know they don't accept my insurance, very loudly to everyone there I may add. read more

I was late 20 min due to unforeseen traffic & the tech would not see me. Another patient didn't show up for her appointment & their tech still wouldn't see me in place of that patient that didn't show up. What happens to other women who have breast cancer?! They wouldn't know because their tech would not see a patient past 15 min their appointed time. Ridiculous! Kaiser needs to stop using them as a 3rd party. They're no help at all to Kaiser members. I would put 0 star if I could. Very unsatisfied by this place & their tech who only cares about clocking out early instead of helping patients get checked & diagnosed for breast cancer. Don't go here unprofessional staff. I was scheduled for a mammogram and someone scheduled me for a wrong date. I get called 4 days before my appointment to tell me they needed to reschedule. I've been waiting patiently for this appointment took time off work, they didn't apologize, and the reason this happened was because someone was in "training" . The next appointment that was available was in a whole month. I have to pay the price for their shitty training. I should have looked at the reviews before allowing my doctor to refer me to this establishment. read more

My sister had an appointment and I went with her just to keep her company, the lady at the front desk (lessica) acted out like she didn't speak Spanish , I didn't mind it because I'm able to help out, but as soon as we sat she took a call and started speaking fluent Spanish, I felt like that was really disrespectful from her, honestly if you work in the front desk you have to be equal to everyone, it was very disappointing. read more

Went here for a quick x ray of my foot, there was nobody else in the waiting room but I didn't call ahead for an appt. I figured I would be in and out but I think the fact that they had to call my insurance and check all that good stuff slowed things down. The woman that was helping me seemed to be new but no big deal. After about an hour I was taken back but again I should've called ahead because I was also told my 2 year old couldn't be in the room with me which I knew but I figured she could stand outside of the door? I thought I would be screwed and would have to come back another time with my husband but the 2 women in the front office watched her for about 5 minutes just outside of my room. After my X-rays were done I waited another 5-10 minutes for them to put it on a disc to give to me to give to my doctor. Mostly painless! FYI- they don't schedule appointments for X-rays they only take walk ins. Monday thru Friday but vet tech takes lunch from 1-2 pm read more

Don't ever ever ever ever ever come here expecting to get in and out. They have one technician and that technician goes to lunch from 1:30-2:30. Even though they open from 8-5 don't expect that they will be fully staffed during that time. I get here at 8am and then I'm told, the technician is not in until 8:30. I finally get in at 8:45 and the technician was pleasant. This was my second attempt to get an X-ray at this location. The first time was on a Friday and was told it was 1 1/2-2hr wait. I asked if I can make an appointment and receptionist says no. Walk in only. But yet, folks next to me are asking how much longer and they say they had an appointment. Their own survey asks about how my experience was making an appointment. Hmmm.... Bottom line, technician was pleasant...wait times were horrendous. read more

I want to give a special thanks to Jewell Evans for being caring and making me feel comfortable she is AMAZING. I don't want to give this place any stars, I would recommend READING THE REVIEWS BEFORE COMING HERE. But I was referred by my doctor to go here and didn't think anything of it. I'm pregnant with my first baby with my wife. I made my appointment to come in for an ultrasound I don't live in Pomona but we thought it's fine it's not too far. We get to the appointment and we are so excited to either A see our little baby and or hear our babies heart beat. Once it was my turn we both stand up to head in and the girl is like, oh no you have to come in alone. I turn and say this is my wife?! I want her in there to see and hear our baby. She advised me that I was doing the exam first and the receptionist told my wife don't worry you will be able to come in after. Once you walk in the back I told the girl that I just seen a couple walk out together why was it ok for them. She says he came in after the examination. I'm still pissed but I proceeded. I get to the room and they tell me to sit my belongings down and lay on the table. They don't explain anything they are doing and the screen isn't facing me. Not to mention!! There are 3 women in the room, when it should only take 1 or possibly 2 to do what they did. It got to the point where I had to ASK! What was it that they were doing and instead of the one that heard me answering the 2nd girl ask me what is I said and the 1st girl repeats what I said. The 2nd female answers and says they are checking the baby's size and everything. I'm still confused why I wasn't allowed to see any of it or just be communicated with about the process of my baby. They then go into asking me do you want to hear the baby's heart beat. I replied l, I'd like my wife in here to experience this with me. As they kept telling me she wasn't able to but still not telling me why it is she couldn't, it got to the point where one goes to ask their supervisor. she comes back in and says that she's sorry but yeah she isn't allowed, I stated this is fucked up this is her baby too! And I then just hear are babies heart. I had to stop it because I got so emotional and felt so bad that this was my first ultrasound at 10 almost 11 weeks and my wife was allowed. After I got done, the supervisor walks in and says hi I hear you have a question? I said it's too late now you made me hear my baby's heart beat without my wife present. The story goes on but ends where I had to get the number to make a complaint but they weren't much help. If they told me that she wasn't allowed in when I made my appointment I would have no reason to be pissed. The excuse the supervisor had was I am in a high risk stage and only so many weeks that they don't allow anyone in. It takes 3 females to do an ultrasound but my wife whom I'm around 24/7 can't be in there? Also I'm so high risk many of my friends after experiencing this tell me that they got ultrasounds at 7 to 8 weeks got pictures and boyfriends were allowed in, and once a niece able to come in. Do fucking better you are ruining peoples experiences ! I will not be back and I already switched ultrasound techs. read more

This was my first mammogram and they came to my work for a mobile mammogram check. Pros: - Mobile service. The RV looked presentable from the outside. - Nice, small coach for the clients to wait in Cons: - Overbooked too many clients at once. People waiting started to build up and there was only one technician - X-ray area looks outdated (very different from what is shown on Yelp). - - Only had a metal folding chair to sit and change in and small curtain surrounds the chair. No room at all to move without a gap on the curtain. - Technician didn't appear friendly. Just had the feeling that she's just there to do a job. - Technician did not read through the paperwork. Otherwise she would have ask about some of the things I wrote. If not, what's the point? - VERY painful experience. I've prepared myself that it will be uncomfortable but did not expect the roughness of the technician. No explanation of what she'll do next except direction on how to position myself. - She was talking loud and said things about me that others waiting outside can hear. NO discretion to the client at all. Maybe lower her voice so no one else can hear. - A man was checking-in all the patients. No offense to him, I think he was doing a good job but I think a woman would have been better since it is a mammogram check. Something to consider in the future. read more

Just went in yesterday to get an ultrasound done for my pregnancy was very exited for me & my husband to be able to get the ultrasound I asked the doctor before I made an appointment would my husband be able to go into the room with me to have my ultrasound done & I got a reassuring yes so I scheduled my appointment went in the same day for the lady to tell me my husband won't be able to come into the room till I'm about 20 weeks pregnant to see the ultrasound with me not only did one doctor tell me he could go in with me but so did another one as well I didn't get a print out picture of the ultrasound just one I had to download onto my phone it looked like I just took it off google I left very upset I wanted my husband to be in the room with me to attend that beautiful experience read more

I was told there is no one allowed in xray room. The technician asked me to step out, i did. he then closed the door, now this is a man and my daughter is 14. Do you think i want my daughter alone in a room with a unknown man? i tell my kids about strangers and those in uniform who are also a stranger, why would i leave someone alone with my kid and i dont know you? i cracked the door, he came right to it and said the door needs to be closed i said ok but leave it cracked. he closes the door again and i open again, this time he points to the sign on the door about the door being closed. what he should have done since this is a minor was offer me an apron or leave the door cracked. theres a chair in their, a bed. alinea has all these employees in rooms running their mouths and laughing that you cant hear whats going on in the closed room. im reporting this to my childs DR and anyone else and ill be posting on every site. im sending a email to blue cross and healthcare options as well. read more

I stopped in for X-rays of my lower back that my Chiropractor ordered after I took a fall. I called ahead and they told me that as long as I got in by 4:45 p.m. they would still get my X-rays done (because they close at 5:00 p.m.). I was in and out in less than 10 minutes. The friendly staff up front asked if I had insurance (I had Kaiser so they didn't accept that), took my payment (cash rate since I didn't have acceptable insurance), then asked me to take a seat while I waited to be called. Before I could sit down, the door swung open and an X-ray technician asked me to come on back for X-ray. The X-ray room was big and even though they have a curtain sectioning off a part of the room where you can "strip down" (you gotta for X-rays), they leave the room and ask you to please open the door once you've got your gown on (and clothes off...you can leave on your undies). The tech came right in, gave clear instructions on where and how to stand, snapped the X-rays then told me he was done and that I could get dressed, throw away the gown, and walk straight out the door when I was done. He also let me know that they would automatically send my chiropractor the results. There are friendly worded signs throughout the office informing patients that the tech taking the X-rays is NOT A RADIOLOGIST so he can't answer any questions about your X-rays/films, and that you'll have to follow up with your referring doctor for results. I liked that. The office isn't cramped and is very clean and neatly organized. read more

Somewhat pleasant experience coming here. I was sent by a neighboring office that contracts with the VA, so I am assuming since they are next door, they just send each other business. Waiting room is nice and clean. The front office staff is neither friendly, nor unfriendly, they're kind of just there. They must be efficient at what they do because they were all business, nothing more, nothing less. The tech that assisted me on the other hand, was rather nice. He was friendly and had a warm, inviting smile, and made me feel comfortable. Since other veterans were sent over from the clinic next door, I had to wait about 30 minutes to get my x-rays done, which isn't too bad of a wait time. While in the waiting room I did notice a sign stating that this group offers FREE mammograms to women over the age of 40 with no insurance and from a low income household, which is pretty cool in my book. read more

Went in for an ultrasound today and I had the best experience. The girl in the front was very polite. The place is nice and clean. I waited for about twenty minutes to get called back but it was because I was missing something for my order. Once I was called back the tech apologized for the wait time even though it wasn't her fault. I was very nervous for this exam but the tech made me feel very comfortable. She explained the exam to me and would ask me during the exam if I was okay. It was very comforting to know she cares about her patients. I was a nervous wreck and I wouldn't shut up but she just went along with it and was the sweetest. I wish I remembered her name but she looks young and has long brown hair. I would highly recommend this place for their service and how nice and clean the office is. read more

I had an appointment for a Nuchal test scheduled at 10. For any of you who aren't familiar with this ultrasound, they ask you to drink 6-8 glasses of water 1 hour prior to your appointment. I arrived early to my appointment by 10 minutes and wasn't seen until 1 hour post my appointment time! HORRIBLE to make someone wait 2 hours after drinking that much water!!!! read more

I love this place, going in feels comfortable. Their aren't any grumpy people behind the counter or faulty buzzing lightbulbs, a very professional setting they make you feel welcomed.
