She told me if that wasn't the right one to bring it back with receipt for a full refund even though they don't do refunds. It wasn't the right product. I took it back the next day she wasn't there but one of the older worker with her nasty attitude didn't want to try and help. All she kept saying was no refunds after I told her what the owner said. Then I asked to call her and she didn't. I cussed her out. The other lady proceeded to help me. Even though we never got a hold of the owner she helped me exchange for other things. But rest assure I will never give these types of businesses my money again. This is what happens when I go out of my community based (blk owned bus) and is pretty much why our people don't get along. They try and treat us light dirt. But I'm hear to tell you you will never succeed with that attitude and why your store looks like an outlet instear of a supply store. So thumbs down to this messy store. I'm stopping no one from doing business with them but I wouldn't suggest them to a dog. And it's not just me. I always hear how they speak to customers and they are very personable and treat them like family. I always leave with a positive experience. It's really rare these days to enter an establishment and meet genuinely nice people. I've worked in the beauty industry for over 8 years and so I appreciate good customer service in this industry. The salesman onsite provided a wealth of knowledge on brush care as well as ideal technique for each individual item. Hakuhodo is well known to have the softest goat hair in the industry, and the artistry and quality of materials used surpasses that of any other that I have come across.

They also carry a small selection of Asian beauty care products. I spotted a couple of face masks, eye patches, and the biggest steal for me was the 60 Korean pimple patches for $7.99. Employees are nice. This store is located in a busy plaza, next to Walmart. They have a wide selection of false lashes featuring: strip lashes, lash clusters, magnetic lashes, and more. They have something for every lash lover from natural styles to dramatic ones. There's also several unique lashes that I typically don't see at mainstream beauty stores or online. One thing to note is the store sells some dupe items such as fragrances and bags. They're obvious dupes, so not an attempt to mislead customers. As with any beauty supply store, it's always a good idea to pay attention when shopping, as some beauty supply stores carry dupes alongside authentic products.

This establishment also reminded me of a barbershop because of the conversations of history the difference between then and now, also she spoke of investments in our people. This woman has a drive and very motivated. I was very interested in what she had to say, so I stuck around and took some pics, even shopped a little. Let's welcome April she is the owner of this establishment and she is African American. I LOVE THIS because I can ask her a question about my hair and I'm sure she would know the answers. And she even has a beautician on site. I'm very excited for her and I wish her all the best. Come support because she has a good selection of products as you can see in all of my pics.
