The technician called his boss to see if the diagnostic fee I was supposed to pay could be waived because he couldn't do anything for me. His boss said not to charge me! Cost us another 1,150.00, which Cody from A-1 heating said they would cover the cost. So we paid for it, and they never reimbursed us. We called and got promises, and then would not answer the calls, letters, emails, completely ghost us. Now we have to take them to court over 1,150.00 WOULD BE BUYER BEWARE.

One of the few times he did answer my call we set up an appointment for him to measure and order the covers he stood me up without a call or text. I called again last night and he hung up on me as soon as I shared my name. We paid in full for this and he doesn't even have decency to complete the job or return our calls. We are beyond frustrated. Very disappointed
