Jason came out the next day and got right to work disassembling the fridge. He determined the problem (blown thermostat,) told me the plan and quoted a price. He told me that he could order the part (from Frigidaire) and it would arrive two days later, and he could finish up. My wife asked if she could get the part on Amazon, and he said sure, why not? So we got it overnight, and saved about $75! (the part cost $15 on Amazon.) Jason put the whole fridge back together and said it would work, but it wasn't fixed completely because it till needs the thermostat. But meanwhile we had the use of our fridge back. He came back the next day and finished up. Perfect work! I am thrilled with the job he did; I really like that he was so straight up about the cost. He quoted me a price and stuck to it.. He gave me an option to save some money (ordering my own part.) There was no upselling, not hidden costs, no games at all! Just good solid craftmanship. I am happy that now I have a reliable repair man that I can count on. Jason and Hooked On Appliances is highly recommended.

Instead of just selling us a new one, he explained that MOEN has a lifetime warranty and actually called them with me right there. They replaced the faucet -- something we didn't even know was an option. When the replacement arrived, Iggy returned promptly and installed it. On top of that, he told us we could submit our water bill and repair invoice to the city for a one-time leak adjustment -- saving us $$ a second time. Our previous plumber got so big that the service really declined. Iggy is the opposite: responsive, honest, and truly looking out for his customers. Top-notch professional. Crossroads is an incredible brand new storage location accommodating motor-homes, boats, vehicles…read moreand many other storage needs. We visited the facility last week and were truly blown away by all the features and the exceptional customer service. They have lots of enclosed units in a variety of sizes, with the largest big enough to store our 45-foot motor-home. The enclosed units have temperature control and their own electrical panels along with coded access. There are also canopy options, which have electrical hook-ups AND fire suppression systems. And the entire facility is surrounded by a high wall, security cameras and storm drainage. In fact, we learned the entire facility has been built to withstand severe weather. Lastly, the owners are wonderful (which was mirrored by the other customers we met last week) - this is a family owned business and you can tell their genuine customer service and communications come from the heart AND the sincere desire to be successful by way of providing a great storage option with excellent service. Pricing options give real value for money and with no flexing. And we were told we can use the wash bay for free. We researched lots of places in the surrounding area and we would absolutely state this is the best option by far. In fact, we've not seen anything like it anywhere. 10/10.
