Within an hour, I got a call from Margaret stating she did not have that arrangement. (Then why is it on your website? Or, why did it not say unavailable when I ordered it?) I did not want to order a substitute and told her that. I was concerned that my credit card had already been billed, but Margaret assured me that she would not "run it through" so I would not be charged. Well, the charge showed up on my credit card statement today. I tried to call but she's closed (2:30 pm on a Saturday) and her voicemail is full so I can't leave a message. The woman I spoke with at Holley's was extremely sweet and helpful. She told me that for $50 (price range I suggested) I could get a "real nice" arrangement, and she wasn't lying. This arrangement was gorgeous and perfect and HUGE. Far bigger and nicer than anything I have ever gotten from FTD or ProFlowers for the same price. You could definitely get a nice arrangement from Holley's for far less than $50-- that's just what I spent. Also, despite me placing the order over the phone and knowing next to nothing about flowers, they were able to create a gorgeous bouquet that exceeded my expectations simply based on my color preferences alone.
