I had a very negative experience with my primary dentist and it left me in a lot of pain along with not getting the help I needed. However, I was disappointed with several aspects of the visit. After my consultation, I still had questions for the dentist, but one staff member appeared uninterested in helping me get answers. The same staff member was also unfriendly during my follow-up care after surgery. Because I experienced similar interactions on two separate visits, I felt that patient concerns and communication were not a priority. While the clinical care itself was acceptable, the overall experience left me feeling unwelcome and dissatisfied. Either I misunderstood something, but I feel that I have been left hanging, and unable to get answers to questions. Unfortunately, I do not plan to return.
