Not your average cinnamon roll spot in Sherman Oaks. This one comes with all the creativity of a hip hop artist with multiple flavors of cinnamon roll in a cozy spot hitting you with Hip Hop joints while you wait. Had this place on my list of spots I needed to check out, and was finally in Sherman Oaks, so made it a necessity to stop by. Walked inside and was immediately greeted by hip hop music playing. Makes your soul happy. After looking at the menu, which is hefty ish, went up and placed my order. The Weezy, with a creme brulee top, freshly bruleed to order, was decent. I was looking for that glassy, crackly brulee you get from the actual dessert, but that was not here. Flavor wise, it tasted like a regular cinnamon roll with a little burn to it. Not my favorite. The X, which comes with cinnamon toast crunch on top, was pretty good, with the extra cinnamon from the cereal, though some of the cereal pieces tasted a little stale. Still a tasty bun! Finally was the Missy, with strawberry shortcake crumbles and fresh strawberries. Probably the winner in terms of flavor and everything going on. You get the regular bun underneath with the cream cheese glaze, then the crunch from the shortcake crumbles filled by those pops of fresh strawberries. Just a great bite and, honestly, not overly sweet compared to the others. Overall, nice and friendly staff, great vibe, music was on point and creative cinnamon rolls. Definitely get the Missy, pass on the Weaxy and, if you love cinnamon toast crunch, get the X.

They are a family-owned bakery that combines handcrafted cinnamon rolls, creative flavors, and a serious love for hip hop, and you can feel that personality in everything they do. I came in for a special occasion this time because they were doing a collaboration with Prince St. Pizza, featuring a limited-edition savory pizza roll. It combines All About the Cinnamon's signature handcrafted dough with Prince St.'s iconic marinara and those famous crispy, cupped-and-charred pepperoni cups. Such a fun concept! It was definitely savory, but still had that slightly sweet quality from the cinnamon roll-style dough. A really creative take on pizza and a fun collaboration. Of course, I couldn't leave without getting one of their classics: The Big Poppa Cinnamon Roll--their OG organic cinnamon bun loaded with cinnamon and topped with organic cream cheese icing. I've tried several of their specialty rolls and my current favorites are: *The LL-Their homemade organic cinnamon bun topped with chunks of Reese's Peanut Butter Cups and Reese's peanut butter icing. *The Ruler- Their homemade organic cinnamon bun topped with melted cookie butter and a Lotus cookie, served with their organic cream cheese icing. What I really love about this place is that there's a story behind it. The owners, Lindsay and Lawrence, started the business during COVID after making cinnamon buns at home, combining their love of baking with their shared passion for hip hop. They've built it into something that feels much bigger than just a bakery; it's about family, creativity, music, and community. You really can't go wrong with anything here and I love that they're constantly coming up with new flavors and collaborations. Parking: Behind the shop in the residential area, which makes stopping in pretty convenient.
Oh yes. These cinnamon rolls are SO worth it. I've been meaning to stop by and finally did after seeing Adam, Steve, and Andrew from Youtube visit and I knew it would be worth it. Staff is friendly and they have a ton of cinnamon roll "flavors" but I will say pretty much all of them are the same "base" roll. They run average $8 each and the size alone is worth it. They are bigger than cinnabon and of course - better! I ordered three for my first visit - Big Poppa, Dr. Dre, and Cardi B. Across the board the cinnamon rolls have they amazing gooey, rich center that a cinnamon roll absolutely needs. The outer rings are slightly crisp and firm but still soft and fluffy. The icing is excellent, rich, not too sweet, and perfect consistency. The Dre has lemon flavor and it pairs so well with this type of dessert, offering a fresh citrus note to the cinnamon roll And if you love a pecan roll - the cardi b is where it's at!
Yes, they taste as good as they sound and look. I don't think you can go wrong here. Whether you get something from their regular menu or rotating seasonal menu, just depends on what toppings you like. We tried 5 flavors and every single one was delicious: The Big Poppa, The Missy, The Ruler, the 50 cent (seasonal), and the Pharrell (seasonal). The staff are also very nice and patient with us first timers. The cinnamon rolls were fresh and high quality. We'll be back to try the rest of the menu.
These cinnamon rolls are huge and so delicious. I love biscoff flavored desserts and the ruler is so gooey and delectable. Also tried the big poppa and the outkast and they were so good! They have so many different flavor options. There's bound to be something for everyone. The staff is really friendly and welcoming as well. 10/10 would recommend and will be coming back.

The best cinnamon rolls in the SFV, hands down. I loved the family, their story and authenticity, the tie back to golden era hip hop, and most importantly...the food! Got a chance to finally visit the much talked about All About The Cinnamon, and ordered several of their cinnamon rolls. They were fresh out of the oven, with a perfectly gooey center, delicious buttery brown sugar cinnamon flavor, and the perfect ratio of icing to bun. Everything looked and smelled delicious, so I opted for the Ice Cube, which has Oreo frosting and bits of Oreo cookie crumble on top. It was fantastic without being overkill on the flavor or toppings. Also ordered the OG, which was a straight cinnamon bun (and also pure deliciousness). For those looking for a bit less calories, the MC Lyte is a 200 cal option, and you don't miss much in terms of flavor or size. Brilliant name btw for a lower calorie option. All About The Cinnamon is great for anyone who has a sweet tooth, wants to bring dessert to your event, or just wants to support a local family run business with people who really care about their product and the customer. Highly recommend and will be back (after I've worked out).

They offer cinnamon buns with names such as The Cardi, The Lil Kim, The Missy, and The Eazy. I really like the theme of this shop! The ambiance is bright, colorful, and energetic. The shop has old-school hip-hop playing in the background. There is a strong, fresh-baked cinnamon roll aroma from the moment you walk in! The service at this shop was excellent! The staff was warm, welcoming, and genuinely enthusiastic. This shop felt more family-run and personal rather than corporate. The only downside was the parking. This shop is located in a busy commercial area, with the majority of parking either metered or completely restricted. I decided to try The Lil Kim (Fruity Pebbles & Fresh Strawberries). I'm a huge sucker for Fruity Pebbles desserts, so I knew I had to try this cinnamon bun right away. The Lil Kim cinnamon bun is topped with cream cheese icing, Fruity Pebbles cereal, and fresh strawberries. The cinnamon bun was fresh, warm, gooey, and bursting with flavor. It was also pretty large, big enough to share with one other person. Overall, I had a very pleasant experience. From unique cinnamon buns to excellent service, All About The Cinnamon is a go-to spot to satisfy your sweet tooth. OhEmGee!!!! I finally had a chance to stop in and try these Delicious Cinnamon Buns and boy boy did they blow my mind!! Thursday around 11am I stopped in and they had a little line going on. I let them know that its my 1st time there and that I've been waiting to check them out for a while now. Place was really clean and I believe the gentleman helping me was the creator or owner. Good customer services. I got lucky and found metered parking across the street. I got a 4-pack and their rolls are HUGE! We got the Big Poppa, The Ruler, The Missy, and The Dre. The Missy and Big Poppa were my favorites and the Ruler was my hubby's favorite and the Dre was aight. I totally forgot to take a pic of all of them but I reassure you, check them out, support family business like this, you not regret it but remember to thank me later, HA!!
I finally tried The Cinnamon! I ordered the Dre, the Cube, the Ruler, and the Big Poppa. First off, the smell inside is amazing... seriously, they should bottle that scent and sell it as a car freshener. Overall, everything tasted good, but for me, they leaned a bit too sweet. The texture was also heavier than expected, very thick and a little dry, with more bread than I personally prefer. I was also hoping for more of that rich, buttery flavor, but it didn't really come through. One more thing to keep in mind: parking can be a challenge. There's limited space and it's in a pretty busy traffic area, so plan accordingly. Still worth trying if you love cinnamon rolls, just depends on your preference!
Wow, STELLAR cinnamon rolls. Their cinnamon rolls were ooey gooey, warm, and delicious. Their theme is really cool too, each cinnamon roll is named after a famous hip hop artist. I got the cardi, which is piled with roasted pecans, some sort of caramels syrup, and frosting. Highly recommend adding them to your desert rotation!!! Please skip Cinnabon and come here instead.
I don't know if it's a good thing or a bad thing that I can walk here! The cinnamon rolls are so dangerous. It's fun trying their seasonal flavors but I can't help going back to the OG. Treat yourself and stop by!
All the 5 star reviews and Instagram worthy pictures are no lie!! This place really is worth the hype!! There is plenty of metered parking outside and around the corner and the interior has some limited seating. The cinnamon rolls are baked fresh and with so much love!!
Wowwww this place is so special! First off, they are doing something completely unique and I love their passion for LA and the hip hop culture. The art on the walls is hand painted (I saw someone painting when I stopped in!) and a sight to behold. Prices of the rolls depends on the type of roll, but there are so many options to choose from. I got a box of 4 that ran me about $40 but they were HUGE! Definitely gotta share them. Your friends will love you! There are but toppings, peanut butter topples, cookie toppings , fruit toppings and more. They also have a coffee menu, and I wish I picked one up because I actually got super thirsty from the cinnamon rolls! Super casual spot, you order at the counter and they make yours with the OG bun to order. Would definitely bring these to a party or use as a non traditional bday cake! read more

What's 5 star about this place is the community wanting to support the family and the family putting in some work to be successful. There are people that provide a service. Inside the shop smells good. Ultimately it's a solid cinnamon roll. The toppings ultimately are the only thing that's different and it's not like the photo and it all just becomes a mess. In this situation more icing is not better. Sweetness level is through the roof. We only had a few bites of each and I used the leftovers the next morning to make bread pudding which I did not need to add any additional sugar to the recipe. read more
I received this from a friend a day after they purchased it, so I won't fault them on the taste. I understand it might not have been at its absolute best. I'm grateful they let me try it, as I don't get out to the Valley often. They got me the Original, also known as the Big Poppa. "I love it when you call me Big Poppa / Throw your hands in the air, if you's a true player". I love how all the rolls are hip hop themed; it brought back memories of cruising around with hip hop/rap blasting from the speakers. I heated it up in the microwave since I was at work and working with limited time. I would have preferred to heat it in the oven for the best flavor, but I couldn't risk my son seeing it if I brought it home, and I didn't want to deal with my wife's wrath. After taking it out of the microwave and letting it cool, I dove in. It had a very solid taste. The inside was wonderfully soft. It was sweet, but not "oh my god this is so sweet". I'm not exaggerating when I say I was licking my fingers and the container to get every last drop. I would love to come here again and try more of their menu. I guess that means I need to hit the tennis court to burn off some of those calories! read more

I came across this place while scrolling on instagram a couple days ago and after watching the video I knew I had to come and give them a try. This is not your average cinnamon roll. It's elevated on a whole other level of baking! I love to bake - so I truly appreciate finding superior quality baked goodies and this store has surpassed my expectations. My husband & I ordered The Big Papa which is their signature roll and The Cardi which came with tons of chopped pecans and sticky butter pecan sauce all over the bun. You'll need extra napkins for this one! The buns are huge! The gooeyness, the freshness, the flavor and textures are over the top delicious and unique! They also serve coffee drinks too. I love hip hop music and I think it's such a cool idea to name the different buns after hip hop artists. I love the whole vibe of the store. Everyone is super friendly and smiling. The owner/chef was making sure everything was running smoothly. It's an open concept so everyone is out in the open creating their masterpieces for the customers to be part of the experience. There's some indoor counter seating and some outdoor tables/chairs. Parking can be a challenge but if you're patient you'll snag a spot. read more
If your a cinnamon roll fan like me, do your life a favor and come grab on of these. THEY ARE SO GOOD AND WORTH EVERY PENNY SPENT. The quality and flavor is superior and you will not regret coming on by. Located in Sherman Oaks right tucked away near Ventura Blvd, you will find this shop. Stopped by around noon on a Saturday and picked up the OG which is just your standard cinnamon roll with icing. Good size and good price. I honestly loved how perfect sweet the cinnamon roll was. Not overly sweet and I appreciated that. Honestly the quality here is just superb. Make sure to keep them in mind when your craving sweets or just a tasty snack. Woke up this morning scrolling through instagram, and I come across a post by All About the Cinnamon. I crossed my fingers that it's somewhere nearby, and it was. I got 8 different flavors; I must say I tried every single one, and I was absolutely mind-blown. Best cinnamon rolls I've had in my life. Each flavor was uniquely put together and absolutely tasted amazing. The bacon was to die for, the nutella was perfect, the peanut butter jelly was out of this world. I can't wait to go back and have their Will Smith and also the T.I. Honey Cornbread Bun. I got to meet the owners, a husband and wife running their shop with a team of absolutely sweet and amazing individuals. Loved the atmosphere and loved their cinnamon buns. Will update my review when I try more items! read more

Alright, alright...if you love Cinn-Rolls like I do, and I really, really do...this is the spot for San Fernando Valley. Yes, you can have the mall rolls from C-Bon...but why, when you can have these delicious rolls...soft and fluffy, moist and warm...oh, the Big Poppa is the bomb! This place quickly became one of my favorite places for a sweet treat. They have a wide variety of cinnamon buns to choose from. They have them with specific flavors for some of your favorite singers/rappers/artists. My go to is the lil Kim or the missy. The Selena one is also one of my top ones. Fresh ingredients and you can tell they care about the product. These are so good and rich you definitely have to take a step back half way... but like the whole time you're just wanting to finish the rest of it. The locations parking is a little tricky. You're definitely lucky if you can get a parking out front. I literally want to try all of their different options. read more

Holy cinnamon rolls! To say this is the best I've ever had is an understatement. Where do I even begin?! This place is conveniently located in Sherman Oaks and as soon as you walk in, you'll be transported to the great hip-hop world of the 90s and punched with the sweetest aroma of cinnamon rolls. I LOVE their take on their menu, each cinnamon roll named after legends, like the Pac, Eazy E, and so many other great artists! We shared the Eazy E, drizzled in caramel and all its yummy gooey goodness. The frosting is not too sweet so it helps breakup the sweetness from the caramel. I wish I had taken more pictures of the other ones we ordered but we inhaled it so quickly! Service is also amazing and there's street parking which made the experience even better. Made a special trip to have these cinnamon rolls a few days ago. Place was empty when we got there but a few minutes later it slowly picked up. Hubby and I tried the big poppa and some other one with chocolate. (Can't remember the name) Both were really good but very heavy and rich. They taste like a combo of cinnamon roll and a croissant. I prefer cinnaholic or cinnabon personally. The flavor and texture is different and definitely a lot lighter. read more

Been trying to catch this place open for a month! I believe they sell whatever inventory they have, then close! Business must be good because they're always "sold out"! As my friend and I were walking in, a woman was walking out and remarked "I got lucky!" Just a heads up, this is not health food, not even close! These are super decedent treats and a bit messy to eat but they are SO GOOD! Check out the photos and vids for the menu but there are about 20 "flavors" named after stars of hip hop (Slick Rick, Drake, Biggie, Missy Elliot and many more)! I got an LL cool J (a peanut butter and chocolate cinnamon roll) and my friend got the Cardi B (a pecan and cinnamon roll mix)! The store is small but the fact that they're always out of inventory shows how popular they've become in just a few months! There isn't really a place to sit for more than ten people so it's more of a grab and go type place! I believe the owner helped us and he was engaging and friendly! He told us the history of the shop which opened in the summer of 2025! He said they're doing well and was patient with us while explaining our options! I would come back in a second and will happily recommend this spot to anyone who will listen! There's only street parking along Van Nuys Blvd or a short walk from within the neighborhood! You really should try this mom and pop spot! They're only going to expand their menu and get better and I'm really rooting for them to be successful! Not consistent. My experience was not good. I went in at 10:30am. The HER cinnamon roll had raw, cold, uncooked, crunchy rice on top with mangoes and sesame seeds. Also, you couldn't taste milky cream topping that goes on mango sticky rice. The cinnamon roll itself had a lot of hard spots on it. So it almost made them taste stale or like they were from the day before. Lindsay, the co-owner was not very pleasant. When I very kindly and politely asked about extra frosting because the frosting on the cinnamon rolls was very sparse she snapped at me. She told me the frosting on there is enough. I was speaking to the associate, but she came over the shoulder to interject herself into the conversation and tell me no while the associate was telling me yes. She had a bitterness to her. There was nothing pleasant or kind about her delivery, tone or the look on her face. Her literal words were we put plenty on there yet. It was very sparse like when you put frosting on hot cinnamon rolls and it melts completely away. As a business, you have to know that people have different preferences. I also was surprised that there was absolutely no diversity in the whole restaurant. It was basically a white owner standing over and managing an all Black staff. It was really kind of odd and uncomfortable to see. Especially since shedidn't seem to let her staff do much of any work themselves. She was micromanaging every interaction they had with a customer. It did not come off like she was being helpful. It came off like she was being overbearing and controlling. Her energy makes me uncomfortable and her personality is not consistent with the paid influencer videos all over social media. The cinnamon roll with peaches was OK. The crumble on top didn't taste fresh. In fact, none of the ingredients really seemed all that home-cooked. It seemed like everything came out of a can. I'm being extremely honest because of the experience that I had there didn't deserve overlooking. In 2026, I wouldn't expect to have such a negative experience at a place that usually would bring people joy like cinnamon roll place. That's just not the kind of business where you need to have a bad attitude while you're at work especially at the beginning of the workday. The third cinnamon roll I bought was good, but like I said, the cinnamon roll itself was a little bit crunchy. It has some hard spots and typically it's nice when the cinnamon roll is warm and soft which it was not. It wasn't warm or soft. For $13+ a cinnamon roll. It needs to be consistent and it needs to be worth the money and I just don't think that it was. My recommendation is to make sure that your cinnamon rolls are consistent. Make sure you don't bring your bad attitude into the business and spew that onto customers. If someone asks for more frosting, sell it to them and don't act like they're a problem for asking. Lastly, a lot of people will see through the paid for reviews and appreciate an honest one. So it's important to be nice to everyone not just the influencers, especially when you're in a leadership position. read more

My daughter wanted Cinnamon role, so I gave it another try and asked them to make mine less sweet. It was actually perfect! If you don't like things overly sweet, definitely just ask the staff they're happy to accommodate and help you find something that works for you. They definitely have sweeter options too, which are personally a little too sweet for me, but getting mine less sweet made all the difference today read more

This place is wow! Highly highly recommended. Service from everyone is beyond great! Everyone was friendly and nice. The cinnamon rolls were amazing! So many different kinds and they are all themed which is awesome. Ambiance of this place is old school, new school and cool! Will definitely come back again! Baby listen... the way that cinnamon drew you in from the street is insane. I love me some sweets but I don't eat just any sweets I'm very particular and this place met my taste buds. The cinnamon rolls are made fresh, they are not just sitting around. My cinnamon rolls were fresh and warm. The place was crowded on a Sunday but our order was taken right away. We waited all of 7-10 minutes for our order. The cinnamon buns are named after various hip-hop artist, we ordered the foxy Brown which was a cinnamon roll topped with brown, The Cube which was tops with oreo and The Cardi taste pecans and a pecan filling. The best cinnamon roll I've ever had. Soft, sticky, perfectly baked, sweet but not excessively so, good size, and delightful with the lemon. The staff are wonderful, the atmosphere is clean, upbeat, and creative. They have fresh espresso! Can't wait to come back. read more

Tried both rolls and overall they were really good. The Missy one was definitely my favorite -- the strawberry topping and crumble added a lot of flavor and texture, and everything worked really well together without being overly sweet. It felt balanced and had something exciting in every bite. The Punisher was still solid and had that classic warm, soft cinnamon roll flavor with plenty of icing, but compared to the Missy it felt like it was missing a little something extra. Maybe a stronger cinnamon flavor, more filling, or an additional topping to give it the same "wow" factor. Still enjoyable, just not as memorable next to the Missy. Overall, both were fresh, soft, and worth trying, but the Missy stood out as the clear winner for me. read more
