I called for 2 years to have them do my winterization and the call immediately went to voicemail every time. I had to hire 2 other companies to winterize due to Gabe's not being available by phone. I thought they went out of business. Then out of the blue I get a text around October 2024 that I was ready for my winterization. I did not hire them for the winterization in 2024. I recently called to have them (again) repair the sump pump discharge line and troubleshoot my downspout issues. They NEVER SHOWED UP! I called multiple times to get an answer as to why they never showed and no one has ever returned my calls. This company is unreliable and a waste of time. I gave them a hell of a lot of money too. Despite being behind because of rain, Steve made an effort to get out and get us a bid and talk through some ideas and suggestions the day after we made our first call. Because of the weather and having to push things back, he came out one evening to help reroute some drainage issues we had as a temporary fix until he could get out to finish the whole project. At that point, we hadn't even decided which company we were going with. He told us that it didn't matter and he couldn't, in good faith, let us go without some sort of help with the impending rain.
