Update on 7/1/2020: We bought 2 Elfa closet systems from The Container Store, and again retained…read moreWade Services for the install. Not only was he extremely experienced and efficient with the installation of this particular system, he charged us approximately $350 less than it would have cost us to go through one of the retailer's contractors. We are now able to realize much more usable space than before. Next job already scheduled for the hanging of a new barn door for the walk-in closet! With a new bike on the way, I found it was going to be quite a challenge storing it in our relatively small garage. I barely had enough room to squeeze the car in with just one bike, so purchased a ceiling hanging system. After the system arrived, I hired Wade Services to do the job. Upon arrival, he suggested an alternative solution that would allow for easier access to the bike. I went with his idea and was quite pleased with the results. Where there was once clutter and barely enough room for one bike, I now am able now able to fit two bikes (old bike pictured - new one will be placed where the tires are), store my ladders and camping tables, and still effortlessly park my full-sized SUV. He also offered other improvement ideas, which I will have installed at a later date. He also suggested new layout ideas for two of our closets. We also plan to have him install those as well! Update: The company saw our review and made it right, they…read morecredited us back an amount to cover the paint repairs we need to make, every experience can't be perfect but the fact that they reached out to make it right was thoughtful and a testament on how satisfied they want their customers to be. Original review: Our experience was okay, purchasing and the ordering of the floors were easy and pleasant, the carpet came in quicker than expected which was nice. After our carpet was installed I had to fill Out a satisfaction form in front of the installer, which was uncomfortable since they were right there, I don't think that would allow for honest feedback. I had to have them tac down the carpet after I inspected it in a few places, and then when my husband checked it later, he noticed how they really scuffed up our baseboards and new paint, the paint scuffs was from them bringing the carpet down stairs all along the ceiling, I wish they were careful as we had just freshly painted the basement the week prior and now have to buy more paint and do it again. We did confirm the carpet together but we did not confirm the plush padding and based on the feel we aren't 100% sure it's the one we purchased. Also, the installer seemed surprised that I wanted to keep the additional roll of carpet we paid for. I'm leaving the experience bummed out.
