Call owner tell her she takes Brooke's side says color "I chose " was impossible for my hair! What! Brooke picked it! Then said brooke told me no she did not and I had messages to prove it. Said brooke told me she was putting ghost highlights in again what no she did not i dont even know what that is i do know I asked her several times you sure ypu can get it that light each time being told yes I was made to feel like everything i was saying was a lie even though I could show her but she didnt want to see them. So im out 350 no refund have to go to a different salon pay the 300 to fix this because brooke couldn't just be honest or talk to her boss and ask if she was not sure then we could have went with something different im not difficult but I do want that I paid for. Do NOT get your nails done here…read more I went on NYE, here I am 5 days later with a "shellac" manicure that is the worst one I've ever had. The male that did my nails was EXTREMELY rough and used the grinder until my nails were paper thin (I have been getting shellac manicures for at least two years). It was hurting my nails, and when I brought it up to him, he said he had to do that to get my polish off. Other places use the acetone. My nails haven't been this thin since I had acrylics (more than the years ago)! I asked for a rather simple design (see photo) and he made a very big deal about how difficult it was. Two days later (January 2) the white nails were yellowish brown (and no self tanner or anything out of the ordinary was used). You can also see that the nude colored nails have a brown hue as well. The major lift of polish on my left pointer finger, and on my right hand 3 of my nails have chipped edges. I hope you save yourself the pain and money and go somewhere else. The worst part about it is that I live out of town and can't even go in to show them what they have done to my nailbeds.

Being the maid of honor I booked a hotel room at Catfish Bend and a complete spa day for the bride and us bridesmaids for our bachelorette party. Upon walking into the spa the employees appeared less than enthusiastic. Standing with arms crossed, rolling their eyes, or simply ignoring us with their faces buried in cell phone screens. The pedicures we received we horrible. The girl who did mine cut my big toenail so far down it began bleeding and proceed to pour acetone over the toe. Needless to say it burnt like fire. All 4 of us opted for the French painted toenails which looked like a small child had painted on. Crooked lines, missed spots, and milky white polish...not even pure white! Despite there being 3 different technicians all of our pedicures looked a different shade of awful. Next were our shellac manicures. I am no rookie to shellac manicures, I get them almost every 2 weeks. The application was sloppy and the end result was, once again, horrible. The shellac was not taken all the way to the sides of the nails, thicker in some areas, thinner in others, and began to peel and chip hours after we left. We were all so disappointed with our services, not to mention how ridiculously expensive they were for such horrible end product! We went back to the salon the day after to complain and the very understanding salon manager, Justin, refunded us 30% of our money. Although we would have preferred a full refund we did not want to deal with this place of business any longer. I would NOT recommend this spa to my worst enemy. It IS NOT worth the money or time.
