I had a terrible experience with this medspa. First of all my appointment was canceled on me last minute with no warning due to a mistake the manager and front desk person made. Mistakes happen, it's ok. I show up for my appointment the next day and I sit in the lobby waiting for 35m after my appointment start time. Thirty five whole minutes. When I ask how long the treatment will take and that I may no longer have time for it as I work full time, I get attitude from the aesthetician. I then ask about microneedling, and the aesthetician tells me that they do not offer this service, while the office manager tells me that they do in the same conversation. I was also quoted two different prices. This is an unprofessional medspa that does not value customers, their business, or their time. read more

I had a terrible experience after getting a Profound treatment on my upper arms. Within days I saw the fat loss and skin sagging. Dr Gould told me not to worry. I'd had Profound several times in the past but never with this result. I spent over $4000 on the treatment combined with Coolsculpting and it RUINED my arms! I have spent an additional $3000 trying to correct this with hyper dilute Radiesse which has helped some but I will need to spend MUCH MORE to correct this. I have very high standards when it comes to cleanliness, germs, virus protocol and customer service and was blown away by All About You! I came out to Fairfield for a week to get away from Manhattan and find somewhere safer than my 55 story derm in the city. This was the first structure I had stepped foot in outside my home and my my parents home since the first week of March. This office is on the ground floor right off post road and was spotless and the kind receptionist was actively cleaning while I was there (I was the only person there). They had partitions and contactless pay. Christine was very friendly and nice and made recommendations while catering to what I wanted. I was new to the area and was looking for a great place to get a facial and look into laser treatment. After doing some research and a previous consultation at another place; I was sold after my visit to Dr. Gould's office. Her entire staff was friendly, welcoming, informative and overall amazing. I initially went in for a hydra facial and wound up booking an appointment for a Halo treatment. I'm half Asian and I have to be EXTREMELY cautious when using products and lasers on my skin that could cause me to hyper pigment. My concerns have always been my acne scaring, uneven skin tone, enlarged pores and fine lines. After discussing my options of a path to achieve the goal that I wanted, I opted for Halo. After my treatment, I had mends on my face for a few days that fell off. And then after a week the texture of my skin felt significantly different. I went in for under eye filler, top lip filler for enhancement and Botox. Not only did I bruise so badly that it gave chills to another local Doctor Who also does filler, But when the bruising and swelling went down, there was no enhanced top lip, my under eyes were not only uneven but one of them is permanently a toner of blue under it and very puffy which my eyes never were. I went back to see Dr. Gould. Of course, she apologized profusely and in an email told me she would reimburse me for the fillers. When I followed up to ask when I would be receiving the refund, they completely ignored me. But I had previously spent thousands and thousands of dollars there on procedures. My daughter had also been a patient there and spent thousands and thousands of dollars along with my sister. I honestly always thought how sweet Dr. Gold was. But the truth is she was sweet as long as she was taking my money but when it came time to refund me for something so awful, she had like a coward. I honestly wish that I could post pictures, no one would ever believe what happened and what the results are today. I have never been treated in such away! . "Best Botox I ever had..." :) I started getting Botox in Boston when it first came out back in the 90's. I have had great experiences, some not so great with different doctors (since my husband and I have moved with his jobs) and several years ago I just gave it up since I couldn't find someone locally that didn't make the skin and muscle movement around my eyes look weird. I came to Dr. Gould on a friend's recommendation and shared with her my past several less than stellar results and my fear that Botox would once again make my eye area look distorted. She explained to me about why that would have happened, and I decided to go ahead and try it again. Dr. Gould did the area between my eyes and my forehead. A week later it looked great.... and no eye distortion. I wasn't frozen either -- at my request she used a very light touch (that is what I loved about her -- she listens and "gets it" about our individual "woman" preferences) and now 3 months later in mid July I still look relaxed but not Nicole Kidmanish (ie frozen waxy forehead and angry looking eyebrows). I would recommend Dr. Gould to anyone and plan to go back when summer is over. read more

If you think you might be a candidate for a certain procedure and if her clinical judgement differs, she will NEVER provide you that service unless noted by the patient. After reading all of the reviews, one stood out the most to me, being it was the only negative one listed throughout her entire Yelp site. Dr. Gould is very knowledgable, friendly, and has a TON of experience in the medical field. If you have any questions about skincare, fillers, Botox, etc., she is more than happy to answer them for you without hesitation. I found this place online because I wanted a B12 injection. That went very well and I finally feel revitalized again. Then I pointed out a mole that I wanted removed and Dr. Gould just did 5 seconds of cryotherapy on it (liquid nitrogen). So hopefully that gets rid of it. The B12 injection was less expensive than most places. That's what brought me into the medspa. The other services seemed a little pricey to me though. It's probably because I'm from Iowa and just recently moved to Shelton. The closer to NYC you get, the more expensive everything is! Lol. I would definitely recommend this place. The receptionist, Brooke, is so sweet as well and is willing to work with your schedule. They also carry the Obagi skincare line which I'm a HUGE fan of. My boyfriend tried the EmSculpt in attempts kickstart his core and reduce old belly fat. It seems like the most effective and least invasive way of enhancing your abs aside from your standard work out. He says it feels like the vibration of a lawn mower over your abs that cause them to flex and release periodically. It's not painful just a strange sensation of flexing all of your abdominals, vibrating a bit and releasing. He was not sore at all after any of the treatments because one of the sequences is supposed to move the lactic acid from the muscles which usually makes you sore from ordinary muscle building. It's very similar to what I've seen used for physical therapy on injured muscles to help build them back up when someone is weak or injured. The only side effect he noticed was that he had to urinate far more frequently than usual after each treatment, assuming it's the body flushing out whatever was being worked on. His belly is noticeably smaller already but apparently it takes 6 weeks to notice full effects. With only four 30 minute sessions, zero pain or soreness and the fact that it's electromagnetic makes it the easiest way to attack belly fat in my opinion! The whole staff at All About You Medical Spa we're very kind and helpful through the whole process. Definitely recommend this for anyone who's trying to cut down on belly fat or kick start their core. read more

I had a terrible experience with the Sculpsure machine that I was talked into after going for Coolsculpting. I went in for the coolsculpting and was told that coolsculpting could actually make me heavier and that I was guaranteed to have fat loss with the Sculpsure machine. It's been about 12 weeks now and there is absolutely no result. None. It was very expensive. I spent $4000 and no result. After about 8-10 weeks I had a follow up appointment that I missed and was never called and reminded like I was called and reminded for the original appointment. Anyway Dr Gould was showing me enlarged before photos trying to make it appear that there must have been some fat loss since the after photos were normal size. So if you compare enlarged photos to normal size photos you may appear thinner until you realize that the before photos are enlarged in my opinion three times the size of the after photos. To the best of my memory the receptionist told me that even though you can't see the fat loss, or feel the fat loss and even if your clothes fit the same, you can sometimes only see the fat loss in the photos. This made no sense to me. In my opinion the Sculpsure was a total waste of time and money and not to mention extremely painful. Based on my experience coolsculpting is still the way to go. I have friends that have hard results with coolsculpting and I don't know anyone who has had Sculpsure and that is why I went there for Coolsculpting until I was talked out of it by the doctor. Ultimately it was my choice but based on the doctors recommendation. And if someone tells you that you can actually get heavier from coolsculpting wouldn't anyone choose the one the doctor is basically guaranteeing you fat loss. This was my understanding. In my opinion the Sculpsure does nothing and I'm not sure how this machine was FDA approved. read more
