Brian came over, pointed out issues and explained the pros and cons of fixing, repairing or replacing. He gave me many options for colors of shingles. His office staff put up with my many calls and questions as this was the first big home improvement I had done on my home. His team was prompt, professional and very clean. Even though the temp was in the high 80's the days they were here, there was no complaining and they worked hard to make sure all of the issues under the shingles were addressed and fixed properly. We had L&S give us a quote on a new roof. Gentleman showed up in basketball shorts and t shirt in the middle of winter. Didn't go on the roof for inspection, didn't go in the attic for inspection. Simply climbed 2 steps up the attic ladder breaking a step on the ladder following it up with a comment "this is why I don't go in attics!". Shined flashlight and said "yup you need a new roof!", some attic inspection that was. Gentleman was more concerned about what homeowners did for work to determine a price for quote. Don't flag my review simply because you don't agree with it, practice better business and you'll get better reviews.
