If you're in the Dallas area, it's a little further (about 25 mins) but completely worth it. Sarah immediately put my daughter at ease. She was so organized and made sure I had all the correct documents for the DMV. They will print for you on-site if you're missing anything. I was so disappointed with this driving school. The classroom time was all spent looking up answers…read moreto questions in the driver's manual--sometimes the same questions multiple times. The behind the wheel instruction was even worse. The first lesson the instructor immediately took my son out onto a busy street--no empty parking lot or even residential streets, even though he had never driven before. There was no instruction at all during lessons, just things like "turn here" and "speed up." In fact, the instructor was usually on the phone during lessons. The first time I took my son out driving after a few lessons with the instructor, he knew nothing (e.g. he didn't know to check his blind spot). The staff was rude and unhelpful when I had questions. There is no way to reach them online or over the phone, so you have to go up there anytime you need to talk to someone or sign up for a drive time. And even though we always arrived early on sign-up days, we had to wait a long time. They don't even always have enough time slots for all their students, and in that case you have to wait another two weeks and try again.

There is only one driving instructor so you can't get drive times scheduled for weeks. I was westbound on Kingsley at Garland Rd in the left turn lane. I noticed a little car in the lane…read morenext to me with its turn signal on but was in the go-straight lane, and thought nothing more about it. When the light changed and I started forward, this little car cut over in front of me, not wide like he was trying to be a second left turner but close enough that if I had been going faster he would have cut me off or run up against me. I honked, then looked at him as we continued driving on Garland Rd. My wife took some pictures when we realized the car had an A acurate Driving School panel on the side, license plate BDF-3452, a blue Sentra. This was a driving student in a car with a driving instructor! A DRIVING INSTRUCTOR allowed a student to make this illegal left turn instead of going straight and turning at the next intersection or making a u-turn ahead (a left-turn at Shiloh would have gotten him right back to Garland Road, easy), but instead this A acurate Driving School instructor let his student do a dangerous and illegal maneuver instead of teaching that poor student how to safely drive a car. If I knew how regulates these companies, I would report them to the state. I don't even know if they are regulated, but they certainly don't have standards that the instructors are required to meet. If you want to learn to drive safely and correctly, find another place.
