I called on Monday and was told to expect them to show up on Saturday. They even gave me a quote for how much things would cost and a window for when they'd arrive. Saturday came and I didn't hear from anyone so I called back. My appointment was never formally booked. And every appointment slot between when I called and when I had to leave Monday morning was already taken. I was left with a day and a half to move 7 people's belongings including mattresses, multiple large appliances, and dozens of boxes by hand. Thanks College Hunks.
