Well, first, sadly I lost my window guy of 6 years, did everything, windows, sills, all of it…read more.. these guys, not. Guy ended the job, and let me be clear the young man was respectful, kind, and did a pretty good job, but for the first time ever, I've been told that hard water spots are extra! I ordered a product from amazon, same day delivery, and I did it myself. Secondly, I asked for a solar panel inspection, the rep said he "hated" going on the roof, likely why I never saw him up there, told by the Manger or Owner, not sure which, Justyn, that the "techs" are able to do an inspection from the ground, mind you I have a 2 story house... what a crock, now I need to get a real window company out here to do the job right. Lastly, today, evening, I receive multiple bills, saying to pay now or be assessed a late fee, I mean C'MON! I should have paid them less, honestly glad to be done with this slipshod organization... Please SPEND YOUR MONEY ELSEWHERE... perhaps they were begging for my meager payment because of the lackluster service we received. And "Good Front" don't bother replying, even a refund won't change my opinion, and your excuses are no reason to excuse poor service. At least you got your one and only payment.
