She did not change her original estimate, even though the job took longer than she initially anticipated as there was more to do as she dug deeper. I had just bought an RV and needed to have it cleaned before I moved anything in because it had a lot of dog hair and had not been cleaned in a while. But I needed it done by Wednesday at noon. She was so nice and made me feel so good even after going back and forth with her because of my budget, she said she would normally charge 1500.00 but would do the inside only for 750.00 but would also clean the outdoor compartments for me. I really didn't want to go over 500 but she convinced me it would be worth it. I felt good about it and was excited until Wed at 12:48ppm. She did a complete 180. She called and said she was done and I needed to come pay her. She was very upset with me and I have no idea why. Her reasons were not valid, I have everything in text. When I pulled up she was irritated and saying just pay me my money I have to go. I was already frazzled from the morning and confused at her demeanor and I was crying. She wanted the 750 in cash which hadn't been discussed , I assumed cash app or Zelle or something like that would be fine but she was upset. She ended up following me to the bank where I gave her the 750.00. I went back to the RV and immediately started taking video and pics. I couldn't believe it. She didn't do 75% of what she said she would and the main thing was there was still so much dog hair everywhere.. I have no idea what happened. But I texted her and asked her to either come back and finish the job or give me a refund of at least 550.00 so I could hire someone else to finish it. I said even though 200 was too much for what she did I would still let her keep 200.00, I sent her the video and pics. I received no response. I texted two more times begging her as she knew the position she was leaving me in. With my health issues.and timeline , especially since I just gave her 750 I am dead broke. Still no response at all. I still don't know what I'm going to do as this was yesterday. If she doesn't respond I will be going to the police. If ANYONE is out there reading in real time and know if anyone that can help me please respond to this review. As far as Anytime Cleaners, I would never recommend them and I would say she totally scammed me out of 750.00. We're talking walls, doors, gutters, garage door, all moldings, and soffits, etc., etc. It's a big job especially as everything is first pressure washed! These fine folks have been painting our buildings for many years. The owner is a great guy and keeps a close watch on his employees and inspects all the work. My floors have paint everywhere as well as most of my appliances in the kitchen. I didn't have the exact handle at home for them to drill the holes so I had to send someone to get different ones and even with the handles , the holes are not centered at all. They laugh at you and tell you it's common sense to know, you should have the exact handles but I took a last minute spot a few days later and I was told they were only adding the second hole for a 5in space but instead wood filled the first hole when they sprayed the cabinet doors and had to drill both holes after the placed them up. Kaylee basically called me a lair and told me I was told, i should have had the exact handles but I was not. Tons of spots were not even sprayed completely and the men had to touch up most of them. They were at my house until 8pm on Friday which is absolutely ridiculous and unprofessional. They didn't paint behind my refrigerator and told me it was a liability that they cannot move it so instead of asking if I could move it, they just left it unpainted . Kaylee didn't like that I was telling her the job was incomplete and she continued to give excuses instead of giving me actual resolutions. She was nasty the whole time and didn't like I wasn't backing down to having her complete the job I was promised so she voided my warranty. NOT like I want it for the horrible job I got. The crew spoke Spanish but my father understands/speaks and they complained the whole time how poorly they are paid and gave us their personal numbers so they can come back and fix the job themselves. After Kaylee accused the guys were uncomfortable in my home because of screaming. I have three kids and 13 foot ceilings so i don't know what sounds they're used to but in my house it's loud and once again, an example how inappropriate she spoke to me. The crew were pleasant and we tipped them very well after. And they were happy to give us all their personal information so I don't know how uncomfortable they could have been. Her and her husband didn't even come and see the job there company did, all I got was excuses how everything was my FAULT. I've never had a company talk to me the way they did. If I were you, I would completely beware. I'm sure they will write something full of excuses but at the end of the day customers are always right. There are lots of people who do this type of work and charge the same. These people have no respect for their customers.

We discussed spraying our ceiling, protecting our walls as they were just painted and also protecting our floors because they were professionally cleaned. We also requested a flat paint because it was a ceiling. KB painters had a painter come out to our house to give us an estimate and to view the job. From that point we had hired the company. We took their next available date. The painters (someone different than who was supposed to originally do the job) showed up 4 hours late with rollers and a semi gloss paint and zero protection. We called the owners and were very confused as to why nothing was what we asked for. At that point we did not feel comfortable allowing them to do the job so we had requested a refund of $900 for the deposit. They told us that they will not refund us even though they did not bring any supplies into our house nor did they do any work at all! I then contacted my credit card company and disputed the charge. KB Painting never responded to the credit card dispute instead put me into collections for $2000 which was more than what the job was supposed to be. We hired E.A.G Custom Painting after, and gave the same instructions. They did an amazing job, met all of our needs, and showed up on time.

From 7-4 each weekday they went at it for a week and a half. At some points there were ten guys at once on my roof! So how did they do? I met the owner several times and he was incredibly nice and responsive. His guys were unfailingly pleasant and worked hard to clean up every day. It was indeed very noisy. Let's just say I didn't take any afternoon naps! As you can see from the picks, my new roof is gorgeous! As I complete the paperwork, I'm about to get a yearly discount on my condo insurance.
