Do NOT choose All Brothers Lawn Squad LLC. Their half-arsed work is only matched by the several excuses they give. Before posting this review I spoke directly with one of the owners to voice my concerns and to see if we could work things out so as to avoid posting this. I didn't initially want to have to write a poor review for this company IF the atrocious job one of their employees did on my yard wasn't an accurate reflection of their business or their values (although it wasn't the first time I'd received less than satisfactory work from them, this time was just too awful to overlook) The owner assured me he would come to my place first thing the next morning to take care of things because the photos I sent were "not a reflection of who they are" However, the next day rolled around and upon meeting with me he just gave me excuse after excuse as to why the yard looked so terrible such as "oh well it was that employees last day, yesterday so I can see why he did that" and "oh well it was wet yesterday" and the real kicker was "oh well we don't bag or blow when we only mow twice a month" (even though I have a text from him saying that was included and it was done all the other times!) I told him other places I contacted assured me they would either bag or blow and he said they were "just trying to get my business" (well yeah! Glad someone is trying to keep and earn my business) of course he never actually apologized to me for the inconvenience or for having to come out and to top it all off when they left....there were STILL huge patches left unmowed!!! I had just gone over all this with the owner and pointed out all the things I wanted done right and yet I had to call them back out not 5 minutes later! He said "oh yeah I completely forgot about those, that's my fault, I'll send someone out again" So here I am, 5 hours later and nobody has come back out. I'm still waiting for my lawn to be mowed half-way decent. Unbelievable how even with the owner out here "supervising" the lawn still wasn't done right! What a bunch of incompetent, lazy, rude, excuse-filled, "workers" If I gave nothing but excuses to my senior management or did a shotty job on the work I did or was rude to my employer, I would be unemployed! Absolutely unacceptable how poor of a job they did BOTH times around and the amount of excuses they gave while here. What excuse is there when the owner himself comes out and there are still large patches left unmowed that I just pointed out?! After messaging them again, in a polite and calm manner I received a messaged about how I should stand out there and point out the spots that don't meet my "standards" umm...RUDE! Not to mention I just did point out all the spots to you, the owner and it's not about 'standards' really, I just want my whole lawn mowed like I pay for, not just "patches" of it. Only go with this company if you want to pay $42 to watch someone do donuts on a riding mower on your front lawn. read more
