He gave me a set of contacts to try and told me to use them for a couple of weeks and contact the office to order more if I liked them. I tried for 3 months to reach someone at the office to order my contacts. No one would ever return my call. Fast forward one year, I showed up for my appointment and they have no record of me or my appointment. They called me later in the morning and said they found my record and that my appointment had been the previous day and they had called me and confirmed my appointment. I told them my appointment card clearly shows my appointment is May 5, not May 4, and I never received a call from their office. They insisted I was called and that I needed to reschedule my appointment. While I am sure their doctors are great, I am finding another place to do business even if it means going back to Tallahassee. At least the customer service there was consistently good.

Upon arrival after brief paper work I was carried back to Dr Flowers examination room where in a couple of minutes he came in. After a few brief questions and making me feel most comfortable he began checking my vision. Along each step he explained what he was doing and the condition of my eyes. I did end up getting a pair of replacement glasses that were fitted very well by a knowledgeable staff person. What a great and comforting experience this was, would recommend everyone to visit Bainbridge Vision Clinic for your eye needs! I will add them to my regularly yearly calendar of medical check ups!!
