My community is getting ready to enforce parking rules with All County Towing. The review I'm giving is based on the customer service from their Permit Department. I was having issues registering on their website and the rep I spoke to when I called was very friendly & helpful. She gave me an email address to send my info/ documents. Tammy who processed my documents was just as friendly & helpful. She was able to send out my sticker the same day. Their employees pilot 6,000 lb trucks weaving through traffic without signals and riding people like they're a 19 year old in a BMW... Horrible representation of your company... After reading the Google and Yelp reviews I can't say I'm surprised... Called the number and the guy on the other end sounded like not a lot was going on up there... Slow down, diesel is 6 bucks a gallon brother! On top of it all you're class traitors praying on people who can't afford it. By far the worst towing company overall! The lady at the front was rude and didn't help at all! They even scratched the bottom of my car really bad and now I'm having to email and wait for the damages to hopefully be fixed. They are so unprofessional! They wouldn't let me do the 360 walk through to make sure my car was not scratched they said they can only do it and we can see from the gate which is ridiculous! I get home to then see a big ass scratches at the bottom of the car where they lift the car. HORRIBLE!! It's literally a nightmare. read more

I wish I can give this company 0 stars. My car got towed at 2 am in front of my complex;( fine, it is what it is). Got there at 5 am to find out they were closed and opens at 8 (okay fine) . Got there at 07:50 . The lady who was the manager was so freakin rude!!!! they processed my payment at 08:23 am. After she processed it , she stated "you have to wait an hour for a tow truck to come to move some cars around because your car is blocked" .. wtf!!!!!!! I have to be at work . I thought has soon as you make a payment, your car has to be immediately released?!! This company is the worse. Theeee worse!! This place is horrible, my grandmothers car got towed for nothing, she parked in the apartment guest parking on my side of the building, she had the decal for the parking and the next day, she got towed!! It's unfortunate that apartment complexes and associations do not many options when it comes to reliable tow truck companies. This one here should not be called nor dealt with. Crooked, unprofessional and unreliable. Whether you're using them or picking up your car from them. They need to be 24 hours for car pick up and not make their customers ( the payers) have to wait 2 hours just to raise the prices. Vehicle got booted and a random guy smoking a cigarette came up and started saying I need to pay through cash app (which I found to be unprofessional) started flashing his gold grilled teeth and swung his ID that he had in his pocket before walking up and started flailing it around so I couldn't see it. He didn't have a proper uniform nor a good attitude. Ended up paying 73$ just to remove a small boot and the paper that was on my window left residue which caused my window to not roll down. I live in the community my car was booted in. My car was registered with the office and all county towing and was still booted. When I called customer service told me there is no "managers" to talk to until the next morning at 9am. The representative then went on to tell me how I was ignorant, dumb as a jack rabbit, and they didn't care my kids had to be to school. I understand she might not have had the power to fix anything, but all she did was make me feel worse about my car being booted. I then waited for 4 hours after all parties agreed my car was wrongly booted to get the boot off. Apartment complexes DO NOT hire this company. I am moving from my place of residence just because they use this company, and it makes me feel very uncomfortable that they can control basically my life when they want to. read more

Worst towing company Ive ever dealt with. I was parked at a family members community for 6 hours to find my car booted. I called and was told someone would be there within 60 minutes to remove the boot. After 1.5 hours and nobody showing up I called back inquiring. The lady I spoke with was extremely rude and unprofessional and said they had 2 more boots to remove before they would get to me. Took over 3 hours before I was assisted. F rating !!!! read more

These people are nothing but plain CROOKS. Mind you all of this happened a day after we just went through a horrible tropical storm Eta. Car towed in the middle of the night in gated community while visiting a friend. I was only parked in guest parking for 4 hours before it got towed. When I called they said I had to wait until the following day at 8AM. Mind you, it's the day before thanksgiving. A lot of people have to work! Not to mention if you can't get here before they close at 6PM they'll hold it over the holiday. On top of that there was only one guy here to do all the paperwork AND get your car. Can I give them ZERO stars? My guest's car was towed from my community by mistake. It has been parked in the same place for 4 nights with no problems. The car has a permit tag still valid (for 8 days). And the company supposably knows that because for 4 nights the car was never a problem. Suddenly, the car was towed on the 5th night. I called the company and tried to have a conversation with a very very rude person. She said the car was towed because it didn't have a permit. When I tried to say something and explain it was the company's fault, she started yelling at me, saying I was cutting her off and that I was giving excuses. Then, she hang up the phone. Twice! And then stop answering the phone. I had to leave a voice message. This is typical of someone that did something wrong and can't face it. The car was never a problem on Saturday, Sunday, Monday and Tuesday. And then, suddenly, they could not see the sign anymore? Or it expired? I have no words to describe exactly how was treated by the person answering the phone. I've never seen such a thing. I was expecting at least an apology, but no, I had my car towed by mistake and was offended. Regarding the way the employee treats people, I will not be surprised if they charge us for the towing even if they are wrong. They did not notice the car was there for days? They did not have on the records that the car was allowed to be there for 8 days? What type of service is that? According to the reviews here, I am not surprised I was treated as a criminal. Our parking time was up at 12:10 am and they booted our car at 12:14 am even though there was construction in the area restricting us from walking back to our spot within the 2 hour timeframe THAT WE PAID $10 for. Glad we're moving out of this city in a few weeks because this is just absurd. When we called them, they said "we'll be there in about an hour or so" after they booted our vehicle 4 minutes prior. The police had to speak with the general manager and threaten to charge the employee with grand theft auto after hours of their refusal to accept my signed legitimate original documents. This company is horrible! They towed my daughter's car on Christmas Eve. She had JUST come in from off the road traveling from college, came in to tell me she was home, used the restroom, greeted everyone - go out to the car- it was gone! Towed! by All County Towing. Vicki at All County Towing was just as horrible. She got irrational as if it was her vehicle that got towed. And when I told her that she was acting irrational, she stated to me, "Oh, I can get real irrational if you would like me to," and hung up on me. This is ridiculous and unprofessional. Now I'm sitting here waiting on the police to see what could be done for this roguish company. I did find the owner's name of All County Towing (Chris Casale) but no contact information.
