    The picture from daycare
    Raegan L.

In between my second and third year of college, I got a cat. Well, a kitten. Which means I needed to take her to the vet for alll the beginning shots and appointments. So when I came back to Lakeland for school I was nervous about finding a good vet. I wanted to find a place that was slightly more affordable and who actually cares about the animals they treat. All Creatures has been just that and more. I took my kitty to get two rounds of shots, and front declaw and spay and they took wonderful care of her. Getting a pet spayed/ neutered is a big deal, but they did great with my sweet furball. The technicians are super kind and you can tell they just have a special love for animals. My kitty has healed up just nicely from her surgery, when I picked her up afterwards they gave me everything I needed to make sure she feels okay and heals right. They really took wonderful care of her. There's been an instance where I needed to get my cat seen by a practitioner asap to see what was wrong and they got me in as soon as possible and made sure I got what I needed to help my cat. I've been so impressed with them because they do their best not to charge you more than they should. They've been super honest at several of my appointments about options and what I need to do versus what was my choice, and also about price differences. How can you get better than that?? All Creatures has an animal daycare as well. I dropped my kitty off there for a week over Christmas and was again skeptical/ anxious leaving her with basically strangers. But again, they really went above and beyond and when I went to pick Helen up they had even had a photoshoot with her and gave me a framed picture of while she was in daycare. It was amazing and made me feel so much better. I also think they have adjusted to the challenges of covid well. You park and call to check in for appointments. A lot of times you get put on hold right away because they are almost always busy, but I've never had to wait more than a few minutes so it doesn't mess up your schedule or anything like that. I really like All Creatures in my experiences thus far and would highly recommend them! They will take genuine care of your fur baby!

When we first moved here and I was looking for a veterinarian for my Georgia Lee, this was one of two places in the entire county that were overwhelmingly recommended. I'm so glad I chose this one. It's bright and clean inside. When you walk in, the check in counter is in front, then dogs to the left and cats to the right (by the reptile tank!). Everyone who works here are professional and polite. The prices are reasonable. The veterinarians and techs are personable and obvious animal lovers. Super gentle and know how to handle a critter without scaring them. I watched them give my pup shots without her blinking an eye - Expertly! They are all service here, including boarding. We boarded Georgia Lee here for our vacation, the first time she's ever been away from us (without being with a family member). Of course, I was worried, but I shouldn't have been - when they brought her out to us when we picked her up, she trotted out like she owned the place. (Definitely not the body language of a traumatized dog.) She acted like she had a great time and was just on a sleep over with friends. We were so happy and now know we have a safe, reliable place for her to go if we want to vacation again. And sadly, when my mother's dog, Norma Jean, reached the end time of life, she brought her here. They were so wonderful with both of them, gentle, caring and handled the situation with grace. I do appreciate that immensely. They have stayed open for emergencies during the Covid-19 quarantine and handled the animals via curbside service (i.e., picked up the animal from your car and treated inside). I was able to pick up my dog's monthly medication by calling ahead and picking up curbside as well. They have an active social media presence on Facebook, keeping us updated on quarantine issues including updated medical facts regarding the media reports of possible pets contracting Covid-19 and then fun things like staff birthdays and which tech has been accepted into veterinarian school, etc. All Creatures Animal Clinic is definitely one of the best animal veterinary services around and I highly recommend.

We unfortunately had to say goodbye to our 16 old Yorkie-Poo and are devastated. We knew the day would come, but you're never prepared. Our girl was old, little hard of hearing and couldn't see as well as old times, but she was still happy, played and dug around and loved to eat. She was in good health for her age. But this past Friday night we came home and she was lethargic and unable to stand. She hadn't eaten that morning either. By the next morning, she was worse and started having seizures, it was absolutely horrible and just out of the blue, which turns out to be a blessing, as she did not have to suffer. I made a call to the clinic (Saturday) and they told me to bring her in as soon as I could get there and they rushed her back. To make a long story short, it was just her time. I could not hold my emotions and my husband held us together and the staff were very kind and understanding. I just wanted to say thank you to All Creatures, the Doctor and Assistant. Their compassion at such a difficult time was so needed and they made our Little Girl's goodbye soft and so peaceful. They sympathized with our anguish and pain and we are so grateful we had them in such of time of need. Thank you for helping us get through such a devastating moment in our lives. This picture was her only a couple of days before this tragic day ... Forever and ever in our hearts

Let me start off by saying I am 100% an animal lover and I treat my animals like they're humans so it goes without saying- I expect the same treatment from others for them as well. All Creatures Animal Clinic was absolutely amazing from the first phone call I made to me walking out the door in the end. I called my personal vet office and got ZERO help/ concerns from them so last minute- I called ACAC. My dog was suffering from the worst tick infestation from the woods and they were able to get me in day of and calmed my nerves. The front desk ladies, Mrs. Cathy and Dr. Sarah were the most compassionate people I've ever met at a vet clinic and I personally grew up spending my summers in them with my dad. I highly recommend this Vet office for any and all needs. Staff were amazing, prices were great and I never felt as if they were taking advantage of me! *might I add that I'm 7 months pregnant and my sweet dog thinks the vet is the devils playground. I cried multiple times and yet the staff welcomed me with arms wide open.*

    Rest In Peace

The service at this facility has changed for the worse.. I took my healthy female Cane Corso in to be spayed, and she died a few hours later. As per conversation with the vet it took them 3 rounds of anesthesia to get her to go down before the surgery. They also did not perform any post surgery checks on her due to fear of the animal. They also had been treating my Male Cane Corso for bumps on his face for Months without any success. Numerous rounds of antibiotics, allergy shots, skin scraping. Twice they prescribed the wrong dosage of medication. The first mistaken dosage was caught by me, which they admitted to. The second time was by another vet that I took him to for a second opinion. Be cautious...

Dr. Kidwell was very kind and understanding person. My Cat, Oat, was diagnosed with FIP. He was not doing well but thanks to Dr. Kidwell's fast diagnose we were able to get him the help he needed. He is now all better :)

Fenway loves Dr Richter. Here he is eagerly watching the door waiting for her. You should see his tail wag when she walks in.

I have two very different, full of personality huskies and I always trust WoofTang 110%. I make the drive from St Pete to Orlando because this is the only place I completely trust with my dogs. In July of 2024 I decided to make the training investement with both. I knew the mad skills and talents that Lexi & Tai have with dogs and both of mine needed the professional assistance. I enrolled them both together. Archie, is an incredibly stubborn 6 year old husky and Pongo is my overly excited, talking 10 month old Husky. They blend well together but they are not everyone's cup of tea! I trusted these two and their team and they did wonders with compassion, patience and professionalism! My dogs are the core of my world, so as most dog owners I worry how others treat my dogs when away. Lexi would touch in almost everyday, she communicated reports with honesty on progress & she let me know when a post of their training was hitting the social so I could feel better being apart. Recently, when I had to evacuate from St Pete during both of these recent hurricanes to Orlando, the team took them right in and explained to me the precautions and procedures they would be taking with them. This team even stayed overnight during the storms! Talk about going the extra mile. Lexi is amazing at communication and I still ask her questions about training because it's an everyday practice here with my two! Tai radiates love when he talks to the dogs. The staff is very professional, clean, organized and educates you on the different packages/pricing & knows your dog! Also they take great photography of the dogs! (photo of the work added!) Bottom line, if you found this facility and you If you love your dog(s) you struck gold!! I have been bringing them since they opened their doors and I will be loyal to this team forever. Note: my dogs could attend our wedding BECAUSE of Lexi and Tai's training with them.

Kiko loves it here and I can rest easy knowing that he is safe and being looked after.read more

We called telling the staff we were running late and could they please wait a few minutes for us to get there. The answer was "we can't stay after 6pm for safety reasons" and that we would have to leave Emma overnight, which is what ultimately happened. Then when we picked her up in the morning, they had the balls to charge for boarding, even though I still have prepaid daycare that hasn't been used up. They have my money for that, but gave me a bulls--t story that it's a different service, so I couldn't use it as payment for the boarding. This place is totally about their own convenience and the cash flow, not how a person cares about a "Family member" They also said there is NO ONE in the building after 8:00 pm. Suppose there was a fire or other emergency, the animals wouldn't stand a chance. I am definitely going elsewhere for vet veterinary services and have had them send all of my records to me. It's a shame, because I really like the doctors here, but the manager and her attitude is beyond words.

I've boarded the family Goldendoodle (Max - http://tiktok.com/@mackymaxdoodle) many times without any issue. I recently had to leave town for a family funeral for the weekend. I dropped off Max Friday. I should have known things have gone downhill at My Pets when they had lost his reservation and the pre-paperwork I had completed prior to his arrival. Max apparently did well on Friday however on Saturday evening during a family funeral gathering, I received a long text explaining Max had growled while the handler (Sasha) went to let him out. Without discussion, the handler texted to inform me they had decided to sedate Max. He had already stayed the night prior with no issues. They also informed me of the medication cost and additional expense to administer the medication. They promptly sent a video in which they took a second effort to enter the cold prison like room, walk to his cell, and without being friendly to him and calling his name, they clanked the door latches and yes, he made a purring/growling noise. He appeared very nervous and scared. I asked for Dr Donna to call me as I didn't want him sedated and didn't understand why experts were unable to handle a family dog as they have many times before. I let them know to open the cage and invite him out and he'd be fine. I didn't get a call from Donna. Instead, I received a long text from Donna explaining that she had told the handler to sedate him and that was their policy. I told her I didn't want him sedated and that I would leave the out-of-town family gathering and come get him ASAP. Donna informed me I should get Max behavioral training (super well-trained family dog) and that she would call me to discuss the issue the following week. It would seem that it's My Pets staff that needs the training. They are supposed to know how to handle dogs while boarding. She also informed me that Max had disrupted hers and her staff's weekend. As it got close to pick Max up, I texted and asked how they would get him out of the cage as I didn't want him sedated. I received no reply. The same handler got him out of the cage and brought him to me (somehow without sedating him). Everyone at the front desk was "unsure" if Max was sedated including Sasha. It seemed there was a lack of transparency and trust as in his returned items was a bottle of pills with 4 pills unaccounted for. I informed them that he is a family member and didn't deserve to be drugged because he had a handler unwilling to be friendly to him and quite frankly was probably scared. I will never return Max to My Pets. He deserves to be treated with care and the handler failed to do so by intimidating him while he was in a vulnerable state. When Max first went to My Pets, they would greet him by name and even bring him a Licky mat with cheese whiz. This isn't even close to how he was treated during this boarding stay. Also, Dr. Donna didn't follow up and call to discuss like both her and her staff said would happen. Very disappointed and do not recommend boarding for your fury family member.
