HOW did that happen in 10 minutes? Apparently they put my dog in a small room with a vet and another dog and they said he didn't do well...of course not! He doesn't know any of you and was scared! I immediately went to find another company and found Animal Friends. I told them of this situation and they said to bring my dog down to meet them, he did fine as I expected and my dog has now been happily boarded for 2.5 years. I travel extensively and appreciate that it's a family owned business that actually cares about my dog. They know I travel and accomodate me too because some nights I come in late and picking up the next day is better for me.
