We hired them to simply install Goove pro lights in November of 2025...as of March 2026 we still do not have working lights. After our initial conversation, Nick demanded a deposit (after a story about how he has been scammed before). On November 18 a deposit was paid and we waited. He would reach out every so often about jobs he just completed, and saying "you're almost up"., this went on for over a month. After many booked times (which we rearranged schedules for) of him not showing up - he finally came two days before Christmas and finally "finished" the job on Christmas Eve as we tried to host family for the holiday. I will give him props for working through extreme cold, lack of day light, and everything else to get them done...but that's where the positives ended. The final invoice came in about 800 dollars over what he quoted, he gave us less than a week to pay before he started messaging two - three times a day asking when it would be paid even though the invoice had a due date a month away, and kept it up till it was paid. This shift from nice business man - to shake down for money - was such an uncomfortable change as a client. And again - I wish that is where it stopped. The lights worked and looked great...for all of 3 weeks. January 16 they went dark...I reached out (cause we bought a "warranty") and reached out....and reached out.... Each time I had to explain the problem, each time I got the run around of issues in his life as why he couldn't come fix it, each time the hope our lights would be fixed dwindled. He would not tell me what the warranty covered, refused to refund any money, and clearly made no moves to schedule a time. And now we sit in March, 5 months after the first conversation with broken lights. With my husband blocked from his Facebook page. With a 20 page Word document of conversations. And still NO LIGHTS! So I say again .... DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY!!!

Everything from removing 4 huge pine trees and 2 really huge locust trees covering our home, to removing large branches broken in storms to removing dead trees around our property to grinding stumps. They protected our home when removing the trees and were so polite, friendly and professional. I usually dread having companies out to work on our home, but I am always excited when they come out. They leave the yard cleaner than they found it and do exactly the job they are hired to do. They often are able to come sooner than their estimated date and let me know ahead of time to make sure the date is ok. They also have the most competitive prices I have found. They ended up calling me the day before our original scheduled day and came out and quickly removed 2 pine trees and 2 large shrubs. They had a fairly heavy duty stump grinder, which made quick work of the stumps and large roots. They also brought a large chipper and cleaned up all debris, including everything around the chipper. They brought a large bucket truck, but did not need it for my particular trees. It is nice to deal with a professional tree service, which has the necessary equipment and expertise to complete any tree work, unlike another so-called tree service, which left me a huge mess, when the city would not pick it up. I didn't realize until they were finishing up that Oliverio, the business owner was part of the crew, which completed all of the work. It was nice to see him lead his team by example.
